छात्रों का दौरा

चन्द्र शेखर आजाद कृषि और प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय, कानपुर के छात्रों (40) ने बागवानी के बारे में अधिक जानकारी प्राप्त करने के उद्देश्य से 22.3.2018 को भा.कृ.अनु.प.-केन्द्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान का दौरा किया। संस्थान के निदेशक डॉ. शैलेंद्र राजन ने कहा कि यह विश्वविद्यालय में प्रथागत हो रहा है ताकि छात्रों को विभिन्न शोध संस्थानों में विकसित प्रौद्योगिकियों की जानकारी प्राप्त हो सके। यद्यपि छात्र कई प्रौद्योगिकियों से अवगत होते हैं, लेकिन उन्हें अनुसंधान संस्थानों पर सजीव प्रदर्शन देखना अधिक दिलचस्प लगता है । वे पाठ्यपुस्तक में कई सिद्धांतों और तकनीकों को पढ़ते हैं, लेकिन उनके समग्र विकास और उद्यमिता विकास के लिए व्यावहारिक अनुभव महत्वपूर्ण होता है। कई छात्रों ने अपनी शोध समस्याओं और किस तरह से वे अनुसंधान में उत्कृष्टता प्राप्त कर सकते हैं पर चर्चा की।

Students (40 nos.) of Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur, visited the Central Institute of Subtropical Horticulture (CISH) on 22.3.2018 with an objective to learn more about horticulture. ICAR-CISH Director Shailendra Rajan said it is becoming customary in the university to expose the stu¬dents to technologies generat¬ed in different research insti¬tutes. “Students are aware of several technologies but it is fascinating for them to see the live demonstration at the research organization which has developed the technology. They read many principles and techniques in the textbook but practical exposure is becoming important for their overall development and entrepreneurship develop¬ment,” he said. Several stu¬dents discussed their research problems and the way they can excel in research.
