सतर्कता जागरूकता सप्ताह-2021
भा.कृ.अनु.प.-के.उ.बा.सं., लखनऊ ने दिनांक 26 अक्टूबर से 1 नवंबर, 2021 के दौरान स्वतंत्र भारत@75: सत्यनिष्ठा से आत्मनिर्भरता विषय के साथ सतर्कता जागरूकता सप्ताह का अवलोकन किया गया। इस अवसर पर, दिनांक 26 अक्टूबर 2021 को संस्थान के कर्मचारियों को शपथ शपथ दिलाई गयी। संस्थान के मुख्य द्वार एवं अन्य स्थानों पर बैनर व पोस्टर लगाये गए। सभी कर्मचारियों को भ्रष्टाचार के उन्मूलन, खरीद प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता तथा समय की पाबंदी एवं ईमानदारी में समर्पित होने के लिए जागरूक किया गया। इसके अलावा, लंबित मामलों जैसे कि पदोन्नति, डीपीसी, यात्रा बिल का भुगतान, चिकित्सा बिल एवं अन्य शिकायतों के तत्काल सुधार के लिए भी जागरूक किया गया। सप्ताह के दौरान कार्यशाला एवं निबंध प्रतियोगिता के आयोजन के माध्यम से लोगों में सतर्कता के बारे में जागरूकता फैलाई गई। संस्थान के स्टाफ ने स्कूल एवं पंचायत का भ्रमण किया। कर्मचारियों ने छात्रों एवं अन्य नागरिकों को न केवल पैसे लेने और देने के रूप में भ्रष्टाचार को कम करने के लिए जागरूक किया बल्कि छात्रों के बीच कदाचार, ईमानदारी, समय की पाबंदी आदि का प्रसार भी किया।
ICAR-CISH, Lucknow observed Vigilance Awareness Week during October 26- November 1, 2021 with a theme of Independent India@75: Self Reliance with Integrity. On this occasion, pledge was taken by staff of the institute on October 26, 2021. Banners and posters were displayed on the main gate of the institute and other places. All the employees were sensitized to devote in eradication of corruption, transparency in purchase procedures, punctuality and honesty. Besides this, awareness was also brought out for immediate rectification of pending cases viz; promotion, DPC, payment of TA, medical bills and other grievances. During the week awareness about vigilance was spread among peoples through organizing of workshop and essay competition. The staff also visited school and panchayat for sensitizing students and other citizen about vigilance awareness to reduce corruption not only in the form of money takes and give processes, misconducts, sincerity, punctuality etc were disseminated among the students of primary and college institutions.
