प्राकृतिक खेती पर केन्द्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान,द्वारा अयोजित दो दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम
भा.कृ.अनु.प.-केन्द्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान,रहमानखेड़ा,लखनऊ के रायबरेली रोड,तेलीबाग के समीप प्राकृतिक कृषि परिसर में दिनांक 14,15 अक्टूबर 2022 को उत्तर प्रदेश के विभिन्न जनपदों के 57 प्रशिक्षक प्रशिक्षुओं के लिए में प्राकृतिक कृषि विधा पर एक दो दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न हुआ| इस अवसर पर संस्थान के पूर्व निदेशक एवं जैविक एवं प्राकृतिक विधा के मूर्धन्य विद्वान डा.राम कृपाल पाठक ने मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में अपने विचारों और वैज्ञानिक अनुभवों को सबके सामने रखा| उन्होंने बताया की संस्थान इस क्षेत्र में पिछले 22 वर्षों से शोधरत है, और इस अवधि के दौरान विभिन्न गौ आधारित उत्पादों वर्मीवाश, पंचगव्य, जीवामृत, बीजांरित, अमृतपानी बी डी-500, बी डी -501, काऊ पैट पिट, तरल खाद आदि का विकास और मानकीकरण किया गया| उन्होंने ज़ोर देकर कहा की प्राकृतिक खेती के साथ अगर बायोडायनामिक खेती और अग्निहोत्र खेती को भी जोड़ दिया जाये तो इसके प्रभाव और भी लाभकारी होंगे और आगामी वर्षों में कृषि उत्पादन और पर्यावरण संरक्षण में मदद मिलेगी| इस अवसर पर संस्थान की निदेशक डा. नीलिमा गर्ग ने अपने संस्थान की उपलब्धियों की चर्चा करते हुए संस्थान द्वारा विकसित तकनीकों की चर्चा की| उन्होंने अपने गत 20 वर्षों के शोध की चर्चा करते हुए आम के पेड़ों में काट छाँट के बाद होने वाले फफूंदजनित संक्रमण को रोकने के लिए देशी गाय के ताजे गोबर से लेप का वैज्ञानिक आधार बताया| उन्होंने अपने द्वारा विकसित वेस्ट डिकम्पोजर तकनीक की भी चर्चा की| उन्होंने बताया कि संस्थान इस 10 हेक्टर के प्राकृतिक कृषि परिसर को 5 देशी गायों की मदद से ही बिना किसी रसायन या कीटनाशी/फफूंदनाशी के प्रयोग के ही सफलतापूर्वक प्रबंधित कर रहा है| इस परिसर में प्राकृतिक कृषि के लिए आवश्यक सभी पौधे भी संरक्षित किए गए हैं| इस परिसर में प्रशिक्षण की सभी सुविधाएं हैं इसलिए किसानों को इसका लाभ उठाना चाहिए| संस्थान के प्रधान वैज्ञानिक डा. सुशील शुक्ल, डा. दुष्यंत मिश्रा एवं डा. गोविंद कुमार ने अपने प्रस्तुतीकरण एवं फार्म भ्रमण के द्वारा संस्थान द्वारा विभिन्न प्रौद्योगिकियों की चर्चा की और प्रक्षेत्र भ्रमण द्वारा विभिन्न व्यावहारिक पक्षों को भी प्रशिक्षक प्रशिक्षुओं के सामने रखा| समापन सत्र में उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के संयुक्त निदेशक एवं कृषि प्रसार ब्यूरो के प्रमुख श्री राजेन्द्र कुमार सिंह ने विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में प्रदेश में चल रहे किसान उत्पादक संघों के बारे में विस्तृत चर्चा की और इनसे होने वाले लाभों के बारे में किसानों को बताया| संस्थान के प्रधान वैज्ञानिक डा. प्यारे लाल सरोज ने अपने समापन भाषण में गाय एवं जैविक खेती के महत्व पर प्रकाश डालते हुए जैविक एवं प्राकृतिक खेती के संबंध में फैले भ्रम को दूर करने की आवश्यकता बताई| इस अवसर पर किसानों के प्रतिनिधि श्री धर्मपाल सिंह, श्री शिवकान्त दीक्षित, श्री भूपेन्द्र सिंह ने इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में उत्तर प्रदेश के 32 जिलों से आए 57 किसानों को धन्यवाद दिया| ये सभी किसान पहले से ही प्राकृतिक कृषि का अभ्यास कर रहे हैं| किसानों ने अपने अनुभवों के बारे बताया और कहा कि इस प्रशिक्षण के माध्यम से उन्हें और आत्मविश्वास और बल मिला| कार्यक्रम का संचालन संस्थान के प्रधान वैज्ञानिक डा. सुशील कुमार शुक्ल ने किया।
ICAR-CISH Lucknow started a two day-farmers training programme for 57 master trainers from different districts of Uttar Pradesh at its ‘Natural Farming Complex’ located on Raebareli Road near Telibagh, Lucknow. Dr. Ram Kripal Pathak, the great promoter of Natural/Cosmic Farming and Biodynamic Farming and ex-Director, CISH, was chief guest on the occasion. Dr Pathak in his remarks highlighted the use of various cow based inputs like Jeevamrit, Amritpani, Panchgavya, BD-500, BD-501, Cow Pat Pit, various neem and other plant based liquid manures for soil and nutrient management. Combining the natural farming with Bio-dynamic farming and Homa Farming will be more effective in achieving the targets of productivity and safe soil and environment, he added Addressing the farmers Dr. Neelima Garg, Director of the Institute apprised the farmers that the institute is maintaining a fully organic campus of 10 ha with its own 5 cows successfully without using any chemicals or pesticides. The institute is ready to impart training to the farmers in the area as it has been working in various various areas of natural or cosmic farming for last twenty years. The Natural Farming Complex has its own centre of producing cow based inputs. It has all types of plants like neem, karanj, Gliricidia, Moringa, etc in its campus for preparing various inputs. Dr. Garg also explained the science of controlling fungal rots by pasting fresh cowdung on cut surfaces of mango trees after pruning. The Principal Scientists Dr. S.K Shukla and Dr. Dushyant Mishra and Dr. Govind Kumar, Scientist (Microbiology) explained the technologies developed by CISH in field of natural farming and horticultural production. They also arranged a visit of natural farming complex, demonstration units, laboratories and organic nursery for farmers. Various practices of natural farming like mulching use of cow based inputs, sprays with various plant based products, use of polythene banding, methyl eugenol traps, light traps, etc have been demonstrated in the farm. Various useful plants have been planted and conserved by planting in farm of avenues or hedges. The representatives of farmers Sh. Dharmpal Singh, Sh. Shivkant Dixit, Sh Bhupendra Singh explained farmers’ expectations from the training. Farmers also will share their experiences. They informed that the master trainers from 32 districts of Uttar Pradesh have participated in the training. They are already practising natural farming and this training will go a long way in spreading the natural farming techniques in various parts of state. The programme was conducted by Dr. SK Shukla, Principal Scientist who also proposed vote of thanks to one and all.
