रेडी टू फ्रूट बैग्स मशरूम की खेती पर प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम
भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं, लखनऊ ने 20.03.2019 को रेडी टू फ्रूट बैग्स मशरूम की खेती पर एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया। इस प्रशिक्षण का मुख्य उद्देश्य लोगों को अपने घर में मशरूम की खेती के लिए प्रशिक्षित करना था। इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में सेवानिवृत्त सरकारी कर्मचारी, महिलाओं और युवाओं सहित कुल 36 प्रशिक्षुओं ने भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन डॉ. शैलेन्द्र राजन, निदेशक, भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं के द्वारा किया गया। डॉ. एस. राजन ने मशरूम की पोषण गुणवत्ता और मानव स्वास्थ्य पर उनके लाभकारी प्रभाव के बारे में बताया। इस अवसर पर, प्रशिक्षुओं के लिए मशरूम उत्पादन से संबंधित त्वरित सुझावों और बारीकियों को समझने के लिए दो व्हाट्सएप समूह भी बनाए गए। प्रधान वैज्ञानिक, डॉ. पी.के. शुक्ला ने प्रशिक्षुओं को रेडी टू फ्रूट बैग्स का उपयोग कर घर में साल भर बटन, ऑयस्टर और दूधिया मशरूम उत्पादन के लिए तकनीकी बिंदुओं पर जानकारी दी। प्रशिक्षण के अंत में, संस्थान द्वारा तैयार 60 रेडी टू फ्रूट बैग्स को इच्छुक प्रतिभागियों को दिए गए।
The ICAR-Central Institute for Subtropical Horticulture, Lucknow organized One-day training programme on Ready to fruit bags mushroom cultivation on 20.03.2019. The main objective of this training was to train the people to cultivate the mushroom in own house. A total 36 trainees including retired government employee, women and young people participated in training programme. The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Shailendra Rajan, Director, ICAR-CISH, Lucknow. Dr. S. Rajan delivered about the nutritional quality of mushroom and their beneficial effect on human health. On this occasion, two whatapp group for trainees were also formed to understand quick suggestions and nuance related to mushroom production. Principal Scientist, Dr. P.K. Shukla delivered on technical points of cultivation of button, Oyster and milky mushroom for round the year production in house using ready to fruit mushroom bags. At the end of training, 60 ready to fruit mushroom bags were provided to interested participants.
