अनुसूचित जाति के किसानों के लिए रेडी टू फ्रूट बैग्स के द्वारा मशरूम की खेती पर प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम
भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं, रेहमानखेड़ा ने दिनांक 13.03.2019 को मशरूम की खेती पर एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया। इस प्रशिक्षण का मुख्य उद्देश्य भूमिहीन एवं संसाधन विहीन छोटे एवं सीमान्त अनुसूचित जाति के किसानों को मशरूम की खेती के माध्यम से सशक्त करना तथा उनकी आजीविका में सुधार करना था। इस कार्यक्रम में कुल 26 अनुसूचित जाति के किसानों ने भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन डॉ. शैलेन्द्र राजन, निदेशक, भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं के द्वारा किया गया। इस अवसर पर, डॉ. एस. राजन ने मशरूम के पोषक मूल्यों, मांग और उनके बाजार के बारे में जानकारी दी और किसानों को मशरूम की खेती को अपनाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जिसके माध्यम से वे इसे उच्च कीमत बेचकर अपनी आजीविका में सुधार कर सकते हैं। प्रधान वैज्ञानिक, डॉ. पी.के. शुक्ला ने विभिन्न प्रजातियों के मशरूम पर तकनीकी सत्र और व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण का आयोजन किया। जिसमे किसानों को उद्यमी बनाने हेतु मशरूम की खेती और उसके व्यवस्थित विपणन में पूर्णता प्राप्त करने के लिए मनोवैज्ञानिक रूप से तैयार करना था। किसानों को स्वाद और रुचि के लिए संस्थान द्वारा रेडी टू फ्रूट मशरुम बैग्स का वितरण भी किया गया।
The ICAR-Central Institute for Subtropical Horticulture, Rehmankhera organized One-day training programme on Mushroom cultivation on 13.03.2019. The main objective of this training was to empowered the landless and resourceless small and marginal Scheduled Caste farmers through cultivation of mushroom and perk up their livelihood. The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Shailendra Rajan, Director, ICAR-CISH, Lucknow. A total 26 Scheduled Caste farmers participated in this programme. On this occasion, Dr. S. Rajan gave knowledge about the nutritional values, demand and market of mushroom and encouraged farmers to adopt mushroom cultivation through which they can improve their livelihood by selling it higher price. Principal Scientist, Dr. P.K. Shukla conducted technical session and practical training on different species of mushroom. In order to make the farmers as an entrepreneur, they were prepared psychologically for the cultivation of mushroom and its perfection in its systematic marketing. The ready to fruit mushroom bags were also distributed by the Institute for taste and interest among to the farmers.
