कुशल सहायक कर्मचारी हेतु प्रेरणा एवं कौशल उन्नयन पर प्रशिक्षण का आयोजन
मानव संसाधन प्रबंधन इकाई के तत्वावधान में भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद- केंद्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान, लखनऊ के मानव संसाधन विकास इकाई ने कुशल सहायक कर्मचारी हेतु प्रेरणा एवं कौशल उन्नयन पर दिनांक 02-04 मार्च, 2021 के दौरान तीन दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण का आयोजन किया। जिसमें कुल 7 नामित कुशल सहायक कर्मचारियों ने भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम का आरम्भ डॉ. एस. राजन, निदेशक, भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं. के उद्घाटन भाषण के साथ हुआ उन्होंने प्रतिभागियों को पंजीकरण किट वितरित किए और अपनी प्रशिक्षण आवश्यकताओं को उजागर करने हेतु आगे आने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया। उन्होंने आत्म-सुधार एवं संगठन विकास हेतु जीवन में निर्धारित कौशल को सम्मानित करने के लिए एक निरंतर आवश्यकता बताया। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान प्रतिभागियों को समय प्रबंधन, अच्छे पारस्परिक व्यवहार, कंप्यूटर ज्ञान, प्रक्षेत्र सुरक्षा से जुड़े नियम एवं स्वच्छता और अच्छे स्वास्थ्य को बनाए रखने के बारे में ज्ञान दिया गया। प्रतिभागियों को भा.कृ.अनु.प.-भा.ग.अनु.सं., लखनऊ एवं इसके कृ.वि.कें. का भ्रमण भी कराया गया। प्रधान वैज्ञानिक, डॉ. अशोक कुमार ने इनके प्रक्षेत्र भ्रमण का समन्वय किया। कार्यक्रम के अंत में, प्रधान वैज्ञानिक, डॉ. अंजू बाजपाई, समन्वयक एवं मानव संसाधन विकास इकाई की नोडल अधिकारी ने सभी प्रतिभागियों से कार्यक्रम का फीडबैक लिया।
Under the aegis of Human Resource Management Unit, the HRD cell of ICAR-CISH, Lucknow organized three days training on Motivation and Skill Up gradation for Skilled Support Staff during March 02-04, 2021. A total of 7 nominated SSS has been participated. The programme started with inaugural address of Dr. S. Rajan, Director ICAR-CISH. He distributed the registration kits and encouraged the participants for coming forward to highlight their training needs. He also indicated a constant need for honing the skill set in life for self-improvement and organization development. During the training, the participants were apprised about time management, good interpersonal behavior, computer knowledge, field safety protocols, maintaining hygiene and good health. Participants were also visited the ICAR-IISR, Lucknow and its KVK. Principal Scientist, Dr. Ashok Kumar coordinated their field exposure visit. At the end of programme, Principal Scientist, Dr. Anju Bajpai, coordinator and Nodal Officer of HRD taken feedback of programme from all the participants.
