दूधिया मशरूम उत्पादन पर प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन

भा.कृ.अनु.प.-केन्द्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान, रहमानखेड़ा में दूधिया मशरूम की खेती पर दिनांक 21.03.2018 को एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। संस्थान के निदेशक डॉ. शैलेन्द्र राजन ने कहा कि दूधिया मशरूम किसानों में आम नहीं है लेकिन उपभोक्ताओं के क्रमिक हित के साथ यह लोकप्रिय हो रहा है और संस्थान इस पर प्रशिक्षण का विचार करता है। प्रशिक्षण में 120 से अधिक प्रतिभागियों ने भाग लिया। मोहम्मद नगर तालुकेदारी गांव से 10 महिलाओं ने भी मशरूम उत्पादन के गुर सीखे। किसानों को बहुत से ऐसे सुझाव दिए गए जिससे यह उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता में सुधार कर सकते हैं और मशरूम के सफेद रंग एवं ताजगी को बनाए रख सकते हैं। मशरूम उत्पादन में स्वच्छता के महत्व पर भी चर्चा की गई। डॉ. पी.के. शुक्ला ने उद्यमियों को नियमित रूप से संस्थान द्वारा मशरूम उत्पादकों को तकनीकी सहायता एवं परामर्श देने हेतु आश्वस्त भी किया।

A training programme on the cultivation of milky mushroom was organized at ICAR-CISH in Lucknow on 21.03.2018. Milky mushroom is not common among the farmers but with the gradual interest of consumers increasing in it. It is becoming popular and CISH thought of conducting training on it for increasing the profit of the farmers as well as use of resources when the season of button mushroom is over. ICAR-CISH has overcome the problem of mushroom growers by regular production and supply of spawn to the growers as per the season. About 120 farmers participated in this programme along with 10 rural women of Village Mohammad Nagar Talukedari. Farmers were given tips on how they could improve the quality of the produce as well as retain its white color and freshness for a longer period. The importance of cleanliness in mushroom production was also discussed. Dr. P.K. Shukla assured the entrepreneurs to regularly provide technical assistance and consultation to the Mushroom Producers by the institute.
