राज्य कृषि प्रबंधन संस्थान, रहमानखेड़ा के प्रशिक्षुओं का भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं. का भ्रमण

राज्य कृषि प्रबंधन संस्थान, रहमानखेड़ा में चल रहे "महिला सशक्तिकरण प्रशिक्षण" के तहत 31 महिलाओं एवं 7 पुरुषों सहित 38 प्रशिक्षुओं के एक समूह ने दिनांक 12 दिसंबर 2019 को भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., रहमानखेड़ा के प्रायोगिक क्षेत्र एवं फसल तुड़ाई उपरांत प्रयोगशाला का भ्रमण किया। डॉ. पी.एस. गुर्जर (वैज्ञानिक) ने प्रशिक्षुओं को घरेलू और समूह स्तर पर पके एवं कच्चे आम, अमरुद व आंवला से विभिन्न प्रकार के प्रसंस्कृत उत्पाद बनाने के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी के साथ-साथ प्रसंस्करण हेतु आवश्यक यंत्रों एवं उपकरणों का प्रदर्शन भी किया। इसके अलावा प्रशिक्षुओं को उत्पादों को बेचने हेतु एफएसएसएआई की अनुज्ञाप‍त्र लेने की प्रक्रिया की जानकारी भी दी गयी।

Under the ongoing "Women Empowerment Training Programme" at the State Agricultural Management Institute, Rehmankhera, a group of 38 trainees including 31 women and 7 men visited experimental field and post harvest laboratory of ICAR-CISH, Rehmankhera on December 12, 2019. Dr. P.S. Gurjar (Scientist) underlined about the making of various processed products from ripe and unripe mango, guava and aonla at the domestic and group level to trainees. A part from this, the process of obtaining license of FSSAI was also briefed to the trainees to sell the products.
