जिला परिषद कृषि महाविद्यालय के छात्रो का भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं. का भ्रमण

जिला परिषद कृषि महाविद्यालय, बांदा के 25 स्नातक (बीएससी कृषि) छात्रों ने अपने शिक्षक के साथ दिनांक 18.03.2019 को भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं. का भ्रमण किया। डॉ. सुभाष चंद्र, वैज्ञानिक ने छात्रों को संस्थान द्वारा विकसित विभिन्न तकनीकों के बारे में अवगत कराया गया। इसके अलावा, उन्होंने आम और अमरूद के कायाकल्प, चंदवा प्रबंधन, कीट और रोग प्रबंधन, शहतूत, सब्जियों की संरक्षित खेती, फलों के प्रसंस्करण और उनके मूल्य संवर्धन के बारे में भी जानकारी दी। छात्रों को संस्थान के प्रायोगिक क्षेत्र का भ्रमण भी कराया गया जिसका समन्वय श्री अरविन्द कुमार, वरिष्ठ तकनीकी अधिकारी ने किया। उन्होने छात्रों को उपोष्ण उष्णकटिबंधीय फलों के बारे में भी बताया।

Twenty five students (B.Sc. Agriculture) Zila Parishad Krishi Mahavidhyalaya, Banda along with their teacher visited ICAR-Central Institute for Subtropical Horticulture on 18.03.2019. Dr. Subhash Chandra, Scientist gave the knowledge about various technologies developed by the institute. Moreover, he also given information on high density planting of mango and guava, rejuvenation, canopy management, insect and disease management, mulching, protected cultivation of vegetables, processing of fruits and their value addition. Students were also visited experimental farm of the Institute and boosted their knowledge in subtropical fruits. Shri Arvind Kumar, Senior Technical Officer coordinated the experimental farm visit of students.
