Twenty seventh meeting of Research Advisory Committee (RAC) of the Institute was convened during July 12-13, 2023 at the institute under the chairmanship of Dr. N. Kumar, Former Vice Chancellor, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The RAC Members, Dr. Jai Singh (Ex. Director, ICAR-CIPHET, and Ludhiana), Dr. Ambika B. Gaikwad (Principal Scientist, ICAR-NBPGR, and New Delhi), Dr.V.B. Patel (ADG, F&PC), Shri Indra Prakash Singh and Shri Jagmohan Singh Chand participated in the deliberations. Dr. Chandish Balal (Ex. Director, ICAR-NBAIR, Bengaluru) and Dr. A.N. Ganeshmurthy (Former Dean, College of Agriculture, CAU, Imphal) attended the meeting online. Director of the institute, Dr. T. Damodaran, presented the action taken report of previous RAC. Heads of the Divisions presented achievements of respective Divisions. The committee reviewed the ongoing research work in the institute and presented its recommendations/suggestions for future research work. Dr. Maneesh Mishra, Member Secretary, RAC presented vote of thanks.

संस्थान की अनुसंधान सलाहकार समिति (आरएसी) की सत्ताईसवीं बैठक 12-13 जुलाई 2023 के दौरान डॉ. एन कुमार पूर्व कुलपति तमिलनाडु कृषि विश्वविद्यालय कोयंबटूर तमिलनाडु की अध्यक्षता में संस्थान में आयोजित की गई। (आरएसी) सदस्यों डॉ. जय सिंह (पूर्व निदेशक, आईसीएआर सिफेट,लुधियाना) डॉ. अम्बिका बी. गायकवाड़ (प्रधान वैज्ञानिक आईसीएआर-एनबीपीजीआर,नई दिल्ली) डॉ. वी. बी. पटेल (एडीजी, एफएंडपीसी) श्री इन्द्र प्रकाश सिंह और श्री जगमोहन सिंह चंद्र ने विचार विमर्श में भाग लिया । डॉ. चंदीश बलाल (पूर्व निदेशक, आईसीएआर-एनबीएआईआर, बेंगलुरु) और डॉ. ए. एन गणेशमूर्ति (पूर्व डीन, कृषि महाविद्यालय सीएयू,इंफाल) ने बैठक में ऑनलाइन भाग लिया। संस्थान के निदेशक डॉ. टी. दामोदरन ने पिछली आरएसी की कार्रवाई रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की! प्रभागो के प्रमुखों ने संबंधित प्रभागों की उपलब्धियों को प्रस्तुत किया। समिति ने संस्थान में चल रहे शोध कार्यों की समीक्षा की और भविष्य के शोध कार्यों के लिए अपनी सिफ़ारिशें/ सुझाव प्रस्तुत किए आरएसी के सदस्य सचिव डॉ. मनीष मिश्रा ने धन्यवाद प्रस्तुत किया।
