Kisan Diwas (Farmer’s Day) was celebrated with farmers and stakeholders from Malihabad area of Lucknow. Dr. H.P. Singh, former DDG (Horticulture) was the chief guest on the occasion and Dr. A.K. Johri was Guest of Honour. More than 150 students, entrepreneurs and farmers participated in the programme. Dr. H.P. Singh felicitated the selected twenty farmers/ stakeholders for exemplary initiatives on progressive farming with Swachhta protocols. The dignitaries paid homage and respect to Late Shri Chowdhary Charan Singh ji on his birth anniversary.

On December 24, 2021, Scientist and staffs of ICAR-CISH, Lucknow visited village Bhadeshar Mau in Malihabad block of Lucknow and organized a Sanitation Campaign on Swachchhata Awareness. About 40 farmers including women and village youths participated in programme.
