कोविड-19 महामारी के परिदृश्य में बागवानी में चुनौतियां और अवसर पर ऑनलाइन व्याख्यान

भा.कृ.अनु.प.- केंद्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान के निदेशक डॉ. शैलेंद्र राजन ने मुख्य रूप से युवा श्रोताओं के लिए दिनाकं 24 जून, 2020 को सीबीजी एग्रीकल्चरल कॉलेज, लखनऊ द्वारा आयोजित राष्ट्रीय वेबिनार "कोविड-19 महामारी के परिदृश्य में बागवानी में चुनौतियां और अवसर पर" में एक व्याख्यान दिया। उन्होंने युवा उद्यमियों को स्टार्ट-अप के लिए आकर्षित कर रहे बागवानी प्रौद्योगिकियों के बारे में बताया और बागवानी उत्पादों के लिए आपूर्ति श्रृंखला प्रबंधन के महत्व का भी उल्लेख किया। उन्होंने बताया कि संस्थान के कुछ एग्रीबिजनेस इनक्यूबेट उद्यमी के रूप में इस पहलू पर काम कर रहे हैं। इसके अलावा, संस्थान द्वारा विकसित प्रौद्योगिकियों को युवाओं द्वारा अपनी आजीविका के लिए अपनाया गया।

A lecture was delivered by Director ICAR-CISH, Dr. Shailendra Rajan mainly for youth listener in National Webinar on Challenges and Opportunity in Horticulture in the Scenario of COVID-19 Pandemic organized by CBG Agriculture PG college, Lucknow on June 24, 2020. He talked about the horticultural technologies that are attracting young entrepreneurs to start-ups and also mentioned the importance of supply chain management for horticultural produce. Few agribusiness incubates of the institute are working on this aspect as entrepreneurs. Further, talked about the Technologies developed by the institute and adopted by youths for their livelihood.
