भाकृअनुप-केन्द्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान, रहमानखेड़ा, लखनऊ के फार्मर फर्स्ट परियोजना के अंतर्गत दिनांक 06 दिसंबर 2022 को “रेडी टू फ्रूट बैग ढींगरी(ऑयस्टर) मशरूम” पर एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण सह कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया । कार्यशाला के दौरान, प्रधान वैज्ञानिक डॉ. पी.के. शुक्ला ने मशरूम उत्पादन और विपणन के विभिन्न पहलुओं पर परिचयात्मक व्याख्यान दिए। इस प्रशिक्षण का मुख्य उद्देश्य किसानों एवं नवयुवकों को मशरुम उत्पादन का व्यवहारिक ज्ञान देकर उद्यमिता विकास करना है। कार्यक्रम के अंत में 20 किसानों को मशरुम उत्पादन हेतु स्पान एवं बैग दिया गया। कार्यक्रम का समन्वय प्रधान वैज्ञानिक, डॉ. पी.के. शुक्ला एवं डॉ. मनीष मिश्रा द्वारा किया गया।

One day training cum workshop on “Ready to Fruit Bag Dhingri (Oyster) Mushroom” was organized on 06 December 2022 under Farmer First Project of ICAR-Central Institute of Subtropical Horticulture, Rahmankhera, Lucknow. During the workshop, Principal Scientist Dr. P.K. Shukla delivered introductory lectures on various aspects of mushroom production and marketing. The Purpose of this training was to develop entrepreneurship by imparting practical and skill knowledge of mushroom production to farmers and rural youth. At the end of the program, 20 farmers were given spawn and bags for mushroom production. The program was coordinated by Principal Scientist, Dr. P.K. Shukla and Dr. Maneesh Mishra.
