बागों में सामयिक कार्य पर किसान गोष्ठी एवं प्रधानमंत्री के कार्यक्रम का सीधा प्रसारण
भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद केंद्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान रहमानखेड़ा लखनऊ में 1 जनवरी 2022 को बागों में सामयिक कार्य पर किसान गोष्ठी का आयोजन किया गया। डॉ. बंगाली बाबू (भूतपूर्व राष्ट्रीय निदेशक, राष्ट्रीय कृषि नवोन्मेषी परियोजना) कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में मौजूद थे। कार्यक्रम के आरम्भ में, प्रधान वैज्ञानिक डॉ सुशील कुमार शुक्ला ने किसानों का अभिवादन किया। इस अवसर पर, डॉ. नीलिमा गर्ग निदेशक, भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं. ने संस्थान की उपलब्धियों के बारे में बताया और किसानों को फल-सब्जी प्रसंस्करण से नए नए उद्यम के बारे में जानकारी दी। डॉक्टर बंगाली बाबू ने अपने संबोधन में कृषि में उद्यमिता विकास के बारे में बताया। उन्होंने बताया कि एग्रीबिजनेस इनक्यूबेशन सेंटर, हुनर हाट, एमएसएमई जैसी परियोजना से जुड़कर किसान कैसे अपना स्टार्टअप शुरू कर सकते है और अपने उत्पाद को देश एवं विदेशों में निर्यात करके आत्मनिर्भर कृषि एवं आत्मनिर्भर भारत का सपना साकार कर सकते है। प्रधान वैज्ञानिक, डॉ. देवेंद्र पांडेय ने किसानों को संस्थान द्वारा विकसित आम, अमरूद, जामुन एवं आंवला के नवीनतम प्रजातियों के बारे में किसानों को अवगत कराया। डॉ. प्रभात कुमार शुक्ल ने एवं डॉ. गुंडप्पा ने आम में लगने वाले कीट एवं बीमारियों के प्रबंधन के बारे में अवगत कराया। डॉ. सुशील कुमार शुक्ल ने आम के पुराने बागों के जीर्णोद्धार से लाभ एवं उद्यान में उद्यम की अपार संभावनाओं के विषय में जानकारी दी। कार्यक्रम में 150 से अधिक किसानों ने भाग लिया।
गोष्ठी के दौरान, प्रधानमंत्री के कार्यक्रम का सीधा प्रसारण भी किया गया। जिसमें माननीय नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि के दसवीं क़िस्त के अंतर्गत 20 हजार करोड़ रु की राशि के ट्रांसफर से 10 करोड़ से अधिक किसान परिवारों को लाभ दिया एवं किसान उत्पादक संघों को इक्विटी अनुदान जारी किया। माननीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने देश भर में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले किसान एवं उत्पादक संघों से रूबरू हुए तथा सामुदायिक आधारित खेती को बढ़ावा देने के लिए आह्वाहन किया। जिससे खेती के लागत में कमी आए तथा स्वास्थ्यवर्धक खाद्य पदार्थों का उत्पादन किया जा सके। उन्होने कहा कि प्राकृतिक खेती 21वीं सदी में भारतीय कृषि का कायाकल्प करने में बहुत मदद करेगा।
ICAR-CISH, Lucknow organized Kisan Gosthi on topical management in orchards on January 1, 2022. Dr. Bengali Babu, (former National Director, National Agricultural Innovation Project) is present as the chief guest of the programme. At the outset of programme, Dr. S.K. Shukla, Principal Scientist greeted the farmers. Dr. Neelima Garg, Director, ICAR-CISH highlighted Institutes achievements and informed the farmers about new ventures from fruit and vegetable processing. Dr. Bengali Babu in his address spoke about entrepreneurship development in agriculture. He told how farmers can start their own startup by joining projects like Agribusiness Incubation Center, Hunar Haat, MSME and export their products in the country and abroad and can make the dream come true of self-reliant agriculture and self-reliant India. Principal Scientist, Dr. Devendra Pandey apprised the farmers about the latest varieties of Mango, Guava, Jamun and Amla developed by the Institute. Dr. P.K. Shukla and Dr. Gundappa underlined about the management of pests and diseases in mango. Dr. S.K. Shukla informed about the benefits of rejuvenation of old mango orchards and the immense possibilities of entrepreneurship in the garden. More than 150 farmers participated in the programme.
During the gosthi, live broadcast of Prime Ministers programme was also done. In the program, Honorable Narendra Modi ji benefited more than 10 crore farmer families by transferring an amount of 20 thousand crores under the tenth installment of Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi. and released equity grant to farmer producer unions. In this programme, Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with the farmers and producer unions doing excellent work across the country and called for promoting community based farming. Due to which the cost of farming can be reduced and healthy food can be produced. The Prime Minister said that natural farming will go a long way in transforming Indian agriculture in the 21st century.
