दिनांक 14.11.2018 को बौद्धिक सम्पदा अधिकार पर कार्यशाला का आयोजन
भा.कृ.अनु.प.-केंद्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान रहमानखेड़ा, लखनऊ में आज दिनांक 14.11.2018 को बौद्धिक सम्पदा अधिकार पर कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। यह कार्यशाला संस्थान के वैज्ञानिकों के द्वारा विकसित नयी तकनीकियों को सुरक्षित करने एवं तकनीकी स्थान्तरण को ध्यान में रखकर आयोजित की गयी। इसके उद्घाटन अवसर पर संस्थान के निदेशक, डा. शैलेन्द्र राजन ने सभी वैज्ञानिको को इस पर अमल करने की सलाह दी। इस अवसर पर वक्ता के रूप में श्री अमित कलकल, बिजनस मैनेजर, एग्रीइनोवेट इंडिया ने तकनीकी स्थान्तरण के विभिन्न पहलुओं पर चर्चा की| उन्होंने बताया कि एक इनोवेटिव आईडिया और प्रोटोटाइप से विकसित उत्पाद/तकनीकी का मूल्यांकन कैसे करें एवं ऐसे तकनीकी को किसी स्टार्टअप, इंटरप्रेन्योर को स्थानांतरित करने के लिए किन-किन बातों का ध्यान रखें। इसके लिए तकनीकी से सम्बंधित सत्यापित तथ्यों एवं सम्बंधित एजेंसी से प्रमाणीकरण का होना बहुत आवश्यक है, इसके बिना तकनीकी समिति द्वारा तकनीकी स्थान्तरण पर कोई निर्णय नहीं किया जा सकता है| संस्थान द्वारा अभी तक ३० से अधिक तकनीकियों को विकसित किया है और उनमें से ११ तकनीकियों को विभिन्न कंपनियों को स्थान्तरित किया जा चुका है|
An Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) awareness program was organized at ICAR-Central Institute of Sub-tropical Horticulture (CISH) Lucknow on 14 November 2018. On this occasion, Mr. Amit Kalkal, Business Manager, Agrinnovate India Ltd. (AgIn), New Delhi discussed in detail on different aspects of this issue. He told about that how to move technology from an idea or prototype to a licensed product/ technology. Technology commercialization is the process of converting ideas into businesses. For this, certification from authorized agency and certified data of the experiment is essential, without this, any technical committee is not able to decide the value of IP of the technology and unable to recommend for commercialization. He also discussed the legal issues for technology commercialization. Institute has developed more than 35 technologies, out of this 11 technologies transferred to different companies/stakeholders. All Scientist of the Institute and agriculture officers from different state were attended the program.
