भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं. द्वारा नर्सरी प्रबंधन और बागवानी विविधीकरण पर प्रशिक्षण का आयोजन

भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., लखनऊ ने जन एवं कृषि विकास संस्थान द्वारा वित्तपोषित नर्सरी प्रबंधन और बागवानी विविधीकरण पर दिनांक 14-17 दिसंबर, 2020 के दौरान चार दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया। जिसमें उत्तर प्रदेश के प्रयागराज के जसरा और शंकरगढ़ प्रखंड की महिलाओं सहित कुल सत्रह किसानों ने भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत में डॉ. शैलेंद्र राजन, निदेशक, भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं ने प्रशिक्षुओं के साथ बातचीत की और फलों एवं सब्जियों के नर्सरी प्रबंधन, बागों में अंतर-फसल एवं मशरूम उत्पादन आदि पहलुओं के बारे में बताया जो किसान समुदायों की आय बढ़ाने में मदद करेगा। प्रतिभागियों को प्रक्षेत्र भ्रमण एवं शिक्षण सत्र के दौरान विभिन्न पहलुओं जैसे कि सब्जी एवं फलों की फसलों का नर्सरी प्रबंधन, प्रवर्धन के तरीके, आम में अंतर-फसल एवं कायाकल्प, आम और अमरूद की सघन बागवानी, अमरूद उत्पादन की एस्पालियर प्रणाली, उच्च तकनीक की नर्सरी, नर्सरी, फल की फसलों एवं खेतों में कीट एवं रोग प्रबंधन के बारे में प्रशिक्षित किया गया। इनके अलावा, किसानों को मशरूम उत्पादन पर हस्त-प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। प्रधान वैज्ञानिक, डॉ. नरेश बाबू एवं सहायक मुख्य तकनीकी अधिकारी, श्री अरविंद कुमार ने कोविड-19 महामारी के गृह मंत्रालय के दिशानिर्देशों के पालन के साथ कार्यक्रम का समन्वय किया।

ICAR-CISH, Lucknow Organized Jan Evam Krashi Vikash Sansthan sponsored four days training program on nursery management and horticulture diversification during December 14-17, 2020. A total seventeen farmers including women from Jasra and Shankargarh blocks of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh participated in this training. At the outset of programme Dr. Shailendra Rajan, Director, ICAR-CISH interacted with trainees and also underlined about the nursery management of fruits and vegetables, intercropping in orchards and mushroom production etc. aspects that will help in perk up the income of farming communities. Participants were trained about various aspects i.e. nursery management of vegetable and fruit crops, propagation methods, intercropping and rejuvenation in mango, high density orcharding of mango and guava, espalier system of guava production, high-tech nursery, pests and disease management of nursery and fruit crops and farm during field visit and learning session. Besides these, a hand on training about mushroom production was also given to the farmers. Dr. Naresh Babu, Principal Scientist and Shri Arvind Kumar, ACTO coordinated the programme with observing MHA guidelines of COVID-19 pandemic.
