भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं. में बागवानी उद्यमिता पर कार्यशाला का आयोजन

भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., लखनऊ ने दिनांक 30 से 31 अगस्त, 2019 तक बागवानी उद्यमिता पर दो दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया। जिसमे कार्यशाला में 50 से अधिक प्रतिभागियों ने भाग लिया। इस कार्यशाला का मुख्य उदेश्य नवोदित उद्यमियों को एक उद्यमी के रूप में बागवानी दृष्टिकोण और उनके अनुप्रयोगों के बारे में जागरूक करना था। इस सम्बन्ध में भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान, कानपुर के अनुसंधान प्रतिष्ठान अधिकारी, डॉ. रवि पांडे ने कई योजनाओं के बारे बताया। व्याख्यान-सह-बातचीत सत्र के दौरान, संस्थान के निदेशक डॉ. शैलेन्द्र राजन ने बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकार जैसे कि प्लांट ब्रीडर का अधिकार, व्यापार चिह्न आदि द्वारा उत्पाद की सुरक्षा के लिए अपनाए जाने वाले तरीकों के बारे में चर्चा की। डॉ. जितेंद्र, परियोजना प्रबंधक, वै.औ.अनु.प.-केंद्रीय औषधीय एवं सगंध पौध संस्थान, लखनऊ ने उद्यमिता से संबंधित नैतिक दिशा-निर्देशों का उल्लेख किया। प्रतिभागियों को विस्तृत परियोजना रिपोर्ट तैयार करने, मशरूम की खेती, जैविक खेती, घर के छतो पर बागवानी, मृदाविहीन पौध सब्जी एवं फल उत्पादन, पौधशाला तैयारी, फलों और सब्जियों के मूल्यवर्धन आदि विषयो पर विशेषज्ञों द्वारा गहन ज्ञान दिया गया। कार्यशाला के दौरान प्रतिभागियों को हाथों-हाथ प्रशिक्षण भी प्रदान किया गया।

ICAR-CISH, Lucknow organized two-day Horti-preneurship workshop from 30 to 31 August, 2019. More than 50 participants attended the workshop. The main objective of this workshop was to make the budding entrepreneurs aware of the horticulture approach and their applications as an entrepreneur. In this regard, Dr. Ravi Pandey, Research Establishment Officer, IIT, Kanpur, emphasized many schemes. During the Lecture-cum-Interactive Session, Dr. S. Rajan, Director, ICAR-CISH discussed about the methods adopted for protection of the product by intellectual property rights (IPR) such as the right of plant breeder (PBR), trade mark (TM) etc. Dr. Jitendra, Project Manager, CSIR-CIMAP, Lucknow underlined about ethical guidelines related to entrepreneurship. In-depth knowledge was given to the participants by experts on preparing detailed project reports, mushroom cultivation, organic farming, horticulture on the roof of the house, soil-less plant vegetable and fruit production, nursery preparation, value addition of fruits and vegetables etc. The participants were also provided with the hands-on-training during the workshop
