भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं. में आम एवं अमरूद की सघन बागवानी पर प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन

भा.कृ.अनु.प.- केंद्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान, रहमानखेड़ा, लखनऊ ने दिनांक 27 फरवरी से 2 मार्च 2020 के दौरान को उद्यान निदेशालय (शिमला-2), हिमाचल प्रदेश द्वारा प्रायोजित आम एवं अमरूद की सघन बागवानी पर प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया। इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में हिमाचल प्रदेश के बिलासपुर जिले के कुल 25 प्रशिक्षुओं ने भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत में, संस्थान के निदेशक डॉ. एस राजन ने प्रशिक्षुओं को संस्थान द्वारा विकसित उपोष्ण फलों की किस्मों एवं प्रौद्योगिकियों से अवगत कराया। प्रशिक्षुओं को संस्थान के विशेषज्ञों द्वारा आम एवं अमरूद की सघन बागवानी, उनके देखभाल और रख-रखाव, छत्र प्रबंधन, जीर्णोद्धार, टपक सिंचाई, जल एवं पोषक तत्वो का प्रबंधन, रोग एवं कीट प्रबंधन, ट्री-आर्किटेक्चर आदि के बारे में जानकारी दी गयी। प्रशिक्षुओ को संस्थान के प्रक्षेत्रो का भ्रमण भी कराया गया। डॉ. के.के. श्रीवास्तव, प्रधान वैज्ञानिक ने प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का समन्वय किया।

The ICAR-Central Institute for Subtropical Horticulture, Rehmankhera, Lucknow organized training programme on "High density orcharding of Mango and Guava" during February 27-March 2, 2020 sponsored by Directorate of Horticulture (Shimla-2), Himachal Pradesh. A total of 25 trainees from Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh participated in this training program. At the outset of the programme, Dr. S. Rajan, Director ICAR-CISH, apprised about the varieties and technologies of subtropical fruits developed by the institute to the trainees. The experts of the Institute gave information about the high density orcharding of mango and guava, care and maintenance, canopy management, rejuvenation, drip irrigation, water and nutrients management, disease and pest management, tree-architecture etc. to the trainees. Trainees were also exposed to experimental field visit. Dr. K.K. Srivastava, Principal Scientist coordinated the training programme.
