संविधान दिवस का आयोजन
भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., लखनऊ में दिनांक 26 नवम्बर 2020 को संविधान दिवस मनाया गया। इस अवसर पर, संस्थान के निदेशक डॉ. शैलेंद्र राजन ने कर्मचारियों को संबोधित किया एवं भारतीय संविधान के महत्व के बारे में जानकारी दी। उन्होंने संविधान के विभिन्न पहलुओं को समझाया और बताया कि संविधान दिवस वह दिन था जब भारत ने 26 नवंबर, 1949 को अपना संविधान अपनाया था और 26 जनवरी, 1950 को लागू हुआ था। कार्यक्रम के दौरान संवैधानिक मूल्यों और बुनियादी सिद्धांतों पर चर्चा सह संवादात्मक सत्र भी आयोजित किया गया। जिसमें प्रधान वैज्ञानिक डॉ. एस.के. शुक्ला ने संवैधानिक मूल्यों एवं मौलिक सिद्धांतों के बारे में व्याख्यान दिया। इसके अलावा, वैज्ञानिकों के एक दल ने काकोरी प्रखंड के काकराबाद गांव एवं मलिहाबाद प्रखंड के कसमंडी कलां गाँव का भ्रमण किया। इस मौके पर, संस्थान के वैज्ञानिकों द्वारा ग्रामीणों को दैनिक जीवन में संविधान के महत्व के बारे में जागरूक किया गया। ग्रामीणों को संविधान द्वारा प्रदत्त मौलिक अधिकारों एवं मौलिक कर्तव्यों के बारे में जानकारी दी गयी। वैज्ञानिक ने यह भी समझाया कि संविधान में दिए गए 11 मौलिक कर्तव्यों में से यदि हमने एक कर्तव्य (आठ संख्या) का पालन किया है यानि वैज्ञानिक स्वभाव, मानवतावाद और जांच और सुधार की भावना का विकास करें तो यह हमें COVID-19 महामारी से बचाने में मदद करेगा। दोनों गांवों के लगभग 50 ग्रामीणों ने इस कार्यक्रम में भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम का समन्वय एवं संचालन प्रधान वैज्ञानिक डॉ. नरेश बाबू एवं डॉ. अशोक कुमार के द्वारा भारत सरकार के कोविड-19 दिशानिर्देश का पालन करते हुए किया गया।
ICAR-CISH, Lucknow celebrated Constitution Day on November 26, 2020. On this occasion, Dr. Shailendra Rajan, Director of the institute addressed the staffs and briefed about importance of Indian Constitution. He explained the various aspects of constitution and informed that constitution day was marks the day when India had adopted its constitution on 26 November, 1949 and came in to force on 26 January, 1950. A talk cum interactive session on constitutional values and fundamental principles was also organized during the programme. During this session, Dr. S.K. Shukla, Principal Scientist gave talk and discussed about Constitutional values and Fundamental Principles. A team of scientist was also visited the villages; Kakrabad of Kakori block and Kasmandi Kalan of Malihabad block in Lucknow. On this juncture, villagers were made aware about the importance of constitution in our daily life by the scientists of the institute. They informed to the people about the Fundamental Rights and Fundamental Duties provided by the constitution to their people. Scientist also explained that out of 11 Fundamental Duties given in constitution if we followed one duty (eight number) i.e. Develop scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform that it will help to protect us from COVID-19 pandemic. About 50 villagers from both villages participated in the event. Principal Scientists Dr. Naresh Babu and Dr. Ashok Kumar coordinated and conducted the programme with following the Covid-19 guideline as directed by GOI.
