पटना, बिहार के किसानों का संस्थान भ्रमण

A group of 44 farmers and two Assistant Technology Managers from 23 blocks of Patna district of Bihar came from Indira Gandhi Institute of Cooperative Management, Lucknow and visited the ICAR –CISH, Lucknow on March 23, 2022. During the visit farmers were apprised about Institute’s developed technologies like improved varieties of mango, guava, bael, jamun, rejuvenation technology and centre opening technology in mango, canopy management, high density planting of mango, container gardening of fruits crops, espalier system of guava, production technology of tomato under polyhouse, flowering and fruiting in mango, crop regulation of guava, drip irrigation, integrated management of insect & diseases of mango, intercropping in mango orchards, natural farming, crop diversification, value addition of important fruits for fetching more income. Dr. Naresh Babu, Principal Scientist and Dr. Vishambhar Dayal, Scientist coordinated the visit.
