A group of 50 farmers (4 women) from nine blocks namely Hathgaon, Teliyani, Bahua, Haswa, Khajuha, Malwan, Bhitaura, Vijayipur, Airaya of Fataehpur district of Uttar Pradesh visited ICAR-CISH, Lucknow on February 4, 2025. Dr. Naresh Babu, Principal Scientist briefed about technologies of subtropical fruit production, protection and post harvest to farmers. High yielding varieties of mango like Mallika, Amrapali, Arunika, Ambika and guava verities like Lalit, Dhawal, Shweta, Lalima of guava were suggested to farmers for high yielding varieties of aonla, bael and jamun were demonstrated better marketing.
