बिहार एवं मध्य प्रदेश के कृषकों का भ्रमण
भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., लखनऊ में दिनांक 16 मार्च 2021 को बिहार के गोपालगंज जिले के कुचाईकत, भोरे, हथुआ, मझौआ एवं बरौली प्रखंड के 50 (आत्मा, गोपालगंज द्वारा प्रायोजित) एवं मध्य प्रदेश के दतिया जिले के 09 किसानों (मुख्यमंत्री खेत तीर्थ दर्शन योजना के तहत, आत्मा दतिया द्वारा प्रायोजित) के दल ने संस्थान के प्रक्षेत्र एवं फल प्रसंस्करण प्रयोगशाला का भ्रमण किया। प्रक्षेत्र भ्रमण के दौरान किसानों को संस्थान द्वारा विकसित तकनीकों जैसे कि आम एवं अमरूद की सघन बागवानी, आम के बागों का जीर्णोद्धार, अंतर-फसल, खुले खेत एवं पॉली हाउस में सब्जियों की ऊर्ध्वाधर खेती, आम में अनियमित फलन के प्रबंधन, कीटों एवं रोगों का एकीकृत प्रबंधन, टपक सिंचाई, अमरुद की एस्पालियर बागवानी, कंटेनर बागवानी आदि के बारे में अवगत कराया गया। किसानों के फल प्रसंस्करण प्रयोगशाला के भ्रमण के दौरान इं. डी.के. शुक्ल, मु.त.अ. ने फलों के गूदे को निकालने एवं विभिन्न फलों से स्क्वैश / जूस तथा अन्य मूल्य वर्धित उत्पादों को तैयार करने के साथ-साथ फलों के प्रसंस्करण के लिए लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने के बारे में समझाया। डॉ. नरेश बाबू, प्रधान वैज्ञानिक एवं श्री अरविन्द कुमार, स.मु.त.अ. ने भ्रमण का समन्वय किया।
A Group of 50 farmers from Kuchaikat, Bhore, Hathua, Majha & Barauli blocks of Gopalganj district (sponsored by ATMA, Gopalganj) Bihar and 09 farmers from Datia district, Madhya Pradesh (sponsored by ATMA, Datia, under Mukhya Mantry Khet Teerth Darshan Yojna) visited the Institute on March 16, 2021. During the visit farmers were aware about Institute’s developed technologies like High density planting of mango & guava, rejuvenation of mango, intercrops, vertical farming of vegetables in open field and in the Poly house, management of irregular bearing in mango, integrated management of insect and diseases, drip irrigation, espalier gardening of guava, container gardening etc. During the visit of fruit Processing laboratory, Er. D.K. Shukla, CTO explained them about extracting pulp and preparing squash/juices and other value added products from various fruits as well as obtaining licence for processing of fruits. Dr. Naresh Babu, Principal Scientist and Mr. Arvind Kumar, ACTO coordinated the visit.
