आंध्र प्रदेश के कृषको का भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं. का भ्रमण

उद्यानिकी विभाग प्रकाशम द्वारा प्रायोजित, आंध्र प्रदेश के प्रकाशम जिले से 30 किसानों ने दिनांक 25.03.2019 को भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., रहमानखेड़ा का भ्रमण किया। प्रधान वैज्ञानिक, डॉ. के.के. श्रीवास्तव ने कृषको को संस्थान के अनुसंधान और विकास गतिविधियों के बारे में जानकारी दी। वैज्ञानिक, डॉ. सुभाष चंद्रा ने छत्र प्रबंधन, कीट और रोग प्रबंधन, टमाटर की संरक्षित खेती, अमरूद की कंटेनर खेती, बैगिंग, प्रसंस्करण, आम और अमरूद की सघन एवं अतिसघन बागवानी तथा आम के अनुत्पादक बागो के जीर्णोद्धार के विभिन्न पहलुओं पर जानकारी दी। वरिष्ठ तकनीकी अधिकारी, श्री अरविंद कुमार ने कृषको को प्रायोगिक क्षेत्र के भ्रमण को समन्वित किया और उन्हें उपोष्णकटिबंधीय फलों के बारे में बताया।

Department of Horticulture, Prakasham sponsored 30 farmers from Prakasham district of Andhra Pradesh visited ICAR-CISH, Rahmankhera on 25.03.2019. Principal Scientist, Dr. K.K. Srivastava briefed about the research and development activities of the Institute. Dr. Subhash Chandra, Scientist gave information on canopy management, insect and disease management, mulching, protected cultivation of tomato, container farming of guava, bagging processing, density and ultra density planting of mango and guava and various aspects of rejuvenation of unproductive mango orchards. Senior Technical Officer, Mr. Arvind Kumar coordinated the experimental field visit and briefed them about subtropical fruits.
