कृषक गोष्ठी एवं सब्जियों के उच्च उत्पादकता एवं गुणवत्ता वाले संकर पौध वितरण

मेरा गाँव मेरा गौरव कार्यक्रम के अन्तर्गत दिनांक 04.08.2017 को काकोरी] लखनऊ के गाँव मोहद्दीपुर में एक कृषक गोष्ठी का आयोजन किया गया। मोहद्दीपुर] सैदपुर] नबीनगर एवं पहिया आजमपुर गाँव के मुख्यतः सब्जी एवं फूलों की खेती से जुड़े 40 किसानों ने भाग लिया। किसानों को करेले] लौकी एवं कद्दू के उच्च उत्पादकता एवं गुणवत्ता वाले संकर पौध बाँटे गये। किसानों ने आम एवं अमरूद के कीटों] ग्लेडिओलस एवं गेंदे की खेती] सब्जियों में उर्वरकों के प्रयोग आदि के विषय में वैज्ञानिकों से जानकारी प्राप्त की।

Institute organized a farmer’s goshti under Mera Gaon Mera Gaurav Programme on 04.08.2017 at Mohiddipur village of Kakori block of Lucknow district. More than 40 farmers mainly vegetable growers from Mohiddipur, Saidpur, Nabinagar and Pahiya Azampur were participated in the gosthi as these villagers are mainly involved in vegetable farming and floriculture. The hybrid seedling of high yielding and high quality vegetables of Bitter gourd (Karela), Bottle gourd (Lauki) and pumpkin were also distributed to the farmers. The farmers were also enlightened about the techniques to double their farm income through vegetable production. The farmers raised problems of fruit fly infestation in guava and mango, leaf webber (Jalakeet) in mango. The Farmers also enquired method and time to apply different fertilizers for high yield in vegetables and cultivation method to grow high quality gladiolus and marigold.
