A two-day Exposure visit-cum-Training programme, sponsored by Agri Clinic Business Training Institute, Kathota Crossing, Vinamra Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow was conducted at the ICAR-Central Institute for Subtropical Horticulture, Rehmankhera, Lucknow from December 05 to 06, 2016. On this occasion, Dr. Shailendra Rajan, Director apprised the participants about the significant contributions of the Institute besides informing them about nursery management of subtropical fruits. Scientists of the Institute also guided them on various aspects of improved cultivation of fruits & vegetables. Sixty-five agriculture graduates (trainees) from various districts of Uttar Pradesh & 170 students of B.Sc (Ag.) & B.Sc (Hort.) of the final semester from Sam Hingginbottom Institute of Agricultutre, Technology & Science (SHIATS), Naini, Allahabad took part in it. A field visit of experimental plot of rejuvenated mango trees, high density plantation of mango & meadow orcharding of guava and fruit processing laboratory was also arranged for participants during the training.
