मशरुम उत्पादन में उद्यमिता विकास
भा.कृ.अनु.प.- केन्द्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान, लखनऊ माननीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के आत्मनिर्भर भारत के सपने को साकार करने के लिए फार्मर फर्स्ट परियोजना के अंतर्गत किसानों एवं नवयुवकों को बटन मशरुम की खेती के माध्यम से उद्यमिता विकास करके आत्मनिर्भर बना रहा है। मलिहाबाद प्रखंड के किसान श्री मनीष यादव जिनकी उम्र 22 वर्ष है इन्होने संस्थान से बटन मशरुम की खेती का प्रशिक्षण लिया । प्रधान वैज्ञानिक डॉ पी.के. शुक्ला की परामर्श से इन्होने सफलता पूर्वक बटन मशरुम का उत्पादन करके अच्छा लाभ कमा रहे है । श्री मनीष यादव ने दिनांक 14 दिसम्बर, 2020 को संस्थान में बटन मशरुम के 50 पैकेट विपणन के लिए लाए। इन्होने बताया की 5 कुंतल कम्पोस्ट से अपना व्यवसाय शुरू किया जिसमे इनको सफलता मिली । अब ये इस व्यवसाय को अगले साल से बड़े पैमाने पर करेगे तथा मशरुम का उत्पादन स्वयं करने के साथ ही साथ अन्य भूमिहीन किसानों एवं महिला किसानों को मुफ्त में व्यवहारिक प्रशिक्षण दे कर के उद्यमिता विकास को बढ़ावा देगे, जिससे मलिहाबाद क्षेत्र आम के साथ ही साथ मशरुम के लिए भी जाना जायेगा । फार्मर फर्स्ट के मुख्य अन्वेषक डॉ मनीष मिश्रा ने बताया कि मशरूम के बढ़ते इस्तेमाल की वजह से इसकी खेती भी किसानों में लोकप्रिय होती जा रही है क्योंकि ये एक ऐसी फसल है, जिसमें आम बागवान अपने बागों में मशरुम की एकीकृत खेती के माध्यम से कम समय में अच्छा मुनाफा कमा रहे हैं।
ICAR-Central Institute of Subtropical Horticulture, Lucknow has been making self-reliant to farmers and young people by developing entrepreneurship through the cultivation of button mushroom under the Farmer-FIRST project to realize honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi dream of a self-reliant India. Mr. Manish Yadav, a farmer of Malihabad block, who is 22 years old, took training in the cultivation of button mushroom from the institute. He has been making good profit by successfully producing button mushroom under the mentorship of Principal Scientist, Dr. P.K. Shukla. Mr. Manish Yadav brought 50 packets of button mushroom to the institute for selling and marketing on December 14, 2020. He started his business with 5 quintal compost, in which he got success. Now he will do this business in a big way from next year and he will promote entrepreneurship development by producing mushroom itself as well as giving practical training to other landless and women farmers, so that the Malihabad region will be known for mangoes as well as mushrooms. Dr. Manish Mishra, PI of Farmer-FIRST told that due to the increasing use of mushroom, its cultivation is also becoming popular among farmers because it is a crop in which mango planters are making good profits in a short time by cultivating mushrooms in their gardens through integrated farming.
