भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं.- एग्री-बिज़नेस इन्क्यूबेशन केंद्र के माध्यम से बागवानी- उद्यमियों को सशक्त बनाना

भा.कृ.अनु.प.--कें.उ.बा.सं.- एग्री-बिज़नेस इन्क्यूबेशन केंद्र के एक इनक्यूबेटरी श्री विवेक कुमार सिंह प्रधान वैज्ञानिक डॉ. पी.के. शुक्ला की परामर्श में रेडी टू फ्रूट मशरूम बैग उत्पादन पर काम कर रहे हैं। वह धौरहरा गाँव, अयोध्या में 500 किसानों के समूह के साथ काम कर रहे हैं और उन्होंने 2500 (10 किलोग्राम) मशरूम बैग का उत्पादन किया। इसके लिए उन्हें संस्थान से तकनीकी सहायता, उचित मार्गदर्शन एवं विपणन संपर्क मिल रहे हैं। श्री विवेक दिनांक 3 दिसम्बर 2020 को संस्थान में 200 बटन मशरूम के पैकेट बेचने एवं विपणन के लिए लाए। वह अपने उत्पादन को दोगुना करने और अगले चक्र में मूल्य वर्धित मशरूम उत्पाद बनाने की योजना बना रहे है। संस्थान का एग्री-बिज़नेस इन्क्यूबेशन केंद्र निदेशक, डॉ. शैलेन्द्र राजन एवं कें.उ.बा.सं.- एग्री-बिज़नेस इन्क्यूबेशन के परियोजना अन्वेषक, डॉ. मनीष मिश्र के मार्गदर्शन में ऐसे प्रारंभिक चरण के युवा बागवानी- उद्यमियों को बढ़ावा दे रहा है।

Mr. Vivek Kumar Singh, an incubatee of ICAR- CISH-Agri-Business Incubation Centre, is working on Ready to Fruit Mushroom Bag Production under the mentorship of Principal Scientist, Dr. P.K. Shukla. He is working with a group of 500 farmers at Dhaurahara village, Ayodhya and produced 2500 no. (10 kg) of mushroom bags. The entrepreneur is getting technical support, guidance and marketing linkages from the institute. Mr. Vivek brought 200 packets of button mushroom to the institute for selling and marketing on 3.12.2020. He is planning to double his production and making value added mushroom products in next cycle. The Agri-Business Incubation Centre is promoting such early stage young horti-preneurs under the guidance of Dr. S. Rajan, Director and Dr. Maneesh Mishra, P.I., ABI, CISH.
