फार्मर-फर्स्ट परियोजना के तहत तरबूज, खरबूज एवं ककड़ी की खेती का प्रदर्शन

भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., लखनऊ ने दिनांक 17 मार्च 2021 को मलिहाबाद प्रखंड के गोद लिए गांव भडवाना, हिम्मतखेड़ा, नवी पनाह में 10 चयनित किसानों के बीच तरबूज, खरबूज एवं ककड़ी की खेती का प्रदर्शन किया। किसानों को संस्थान द्वारा विकसित कम लागत वाली पॉलिथीन सुरंग में गैर-मौसमी सब्जियों का उत्पादन तकनीक के बारे में बताया गया। किसानों को यह भी सुझाव दिया गया कि वे अपने खेतों और नर्सरी में इस कम लागत वाली टनल को गैर-मौसमी सब्जी की तैयारी और स्थानीय बाजारों में बेचने तथा अच्छे लाभ हेतु तैयार करें। किसानों को उर्वरकों एवं कीटनाशकों के विवेकपूर्ण उपयोग, जल प्रबंधन, सब्जी एवं फलों के कीट एवं रोग मुक्त उत्पादन पर भी शिक्षित किया गया।

ICAR-CISH, Lucknow demonstrated the cultivation of melon, watermelon and cucumber among 10 selected farmers in the adopted village Bhadwana, Himatkhera, Navi Panah of Malihabad block on 17 March 2021. The farmers were apprised about the technique of producing off-season vegetables in low-cost polythene tunnel developed by the Institute. The suggestion were also given to farmers for making this low cost tunnel in their fields and nurseries for good profit by preparation of non-seasonal vegetable saplings and selling it in local markets. They were also educated on judicious use of fertilizers and pesticides, water management, production of diseases and pest free vegetable and fruits.
