Hindi Pakhwara started with the Hindi Diwas on 14-09-2016 under the chairmanship of Dr. S. Rajan, Director, ICAR-CISH. In his inaugural address he emphasised the need for using hindi in day today official communication. Shri Dhiraj Sharma, A.D. (Hindi), talked about different methods for enhancing the use of hindhi in official communications along with the various programme to be organised in the hindi pakhwara. In the programme, special lectures were given by ICAR-CISH staffs Dr Ghanshyam Pandey and Dr Devendra Pandey, on method of popularization of hindi in offices as well as in daily routine.
