कृषि और खाद्य प्रौद्योगिकी औद्योगिक प्रदर्शनी (इंडिया फूड एक्सपो-2019)

भारतीय औद्योगिक संघ और बागवानी एवं खाद्य प्रसंस्करण निदेशालय, लखनऊ, उत्तर प्रदेश के सहयोग से भारतीय औद्योगिक संघ भवन, विभूतिखण्ड लखनऊ में दिनांक 22-24 फरवरी 2019 को कृषि और खाद्य प्रौद्योगिकी औद्योगिक प्रदर्शनी (इंडिया फूड एक्सपो-2019) का आयोजन किया गया। प्रदर्शनी का उद्घाटन दिनांक 22.02.2019 को श्री सुधीर गर्ग जी, सचिव, बागवानी विभाग, उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के द्वारा डॉ. आर.पी. सिंह, निदेशक बागवानी एवं खाद्य प्रसंस्करण, लखनऊ एवं डॉ. शैलेन्द्र राजन, निदेशक भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं. की उपस्थिति में हुआ। इस एक्सपो में भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं. ने भी प्रदर्शनी स्टाल लगाया और संस्थान द्वारा विकसित विभिन्न प्रकार के प्रसंस्कृत फल उत्पाद जैसे कि स्क्वैश, जूस, अचार, फल कैंडी, साइडर, वाइन, प्रोबायोटिक फल पेय तथा आम की कटाई के लिए यांत्रिक उपकरण का प्रदर्शन किया, जिसका अवलोकन 1000 से ज्यादा आगंतुको ने किया। निदेशक भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., डॉ. शैलेन्द्र राजन ने आगंतुकों के साथ बातचीत की और कुछ उत्साही आगंतुक कृषि-उद्यमियों को संस्थान के भ्रमण के लिए आमंत्रित किया।

Agro and Food Technology Industrial Exhibition (India Food Expo-2019) was organized during 22-24 February, 2019 at Indian Industrial Association (IIA) Bhawan, Vibhutikhand, Lucknow by Indian Industrial Association in collaboration with Directorate of Horticulture and Food Processing, Lucknow. The Exhibition was inaugurated by Hon’ble Shri. Sudhir Garg, Secretary, Horticulture, Govt. Of Uttar Pradesh along with Dr. R. P. Singh, Director, Directorate of Horticulture & Food Processing, Lucknow and Dr. Shailendra Rajan, Director, ICAR-CISH, Rehmankhera, Lucknow on February 22, 2019. Scientists and Technical staffs of ICAR-CISH participated and showcased the various fruit products and technologies such as squash, juice, pickle, fruit candies, cider, wine, probiotic fruit drinks and mango harvester, which was overviewed by more than thousand visitors. Dr. S. Rajan, Director, ICAR-CISH also interacted with visitors and offer some enthusiastic agro-entrepreneurs to visit CISH.
