Participation in Farmers Fair organized by BUA&T, Banda

Banda University of Agriculture & Technology, Banda organized three days (October 27-29, 2023) Farmers Fair. Dr. Naresh Babu, Principal Scientist and Shri. Arvind Kumar, ACTO ICAR- CISH participated and showcased institute technologies. The Fair was inaugurated by Honourable State Minister of Jal Shakti, Shri Ramkesh Nishad on October 27, 2023 in the presence of Honourable Vice chancellor of BAU&T, Banda Dr. N.P. Singh and other dignitaries. Information of mango varieties Ambika and Arunika, Amarpali, Mallika, guava varieties Dhaval, Shweta, Lalima and Lalit, bael varieties CISH B1 and CISH B2, jamun J 37 and J 42, high density planting, rejuvenation of old and unproductive mango orchards, management of irregular bearing in mango, integrated pest and disease management in mango, processed and value added products of mango, bael, guava and aonla, grafted plants of along with bio- enhancer and ICAR Fujicont were demonstrated for visitors at the institute stall..

ICAR-CISH Lucknow participated in Chandra shekhar Azad University of agriculture and technology at Kanpur

ICAR-CISH Lucknow participated in Chandra shekhar Azad University of agriculture and technology at Kanpur. cish technologies such a mango, guava, aonla, beal and jamun varieties were demonstrated through posters. farmers industry students and FPO, interacted with cish scientist (Dr. Naresh babu, principal scientist) and technical staff and enquired about production, protection and post-harvest management technologies to fruit crops. Around 800 stakeholders visited CISH stall.

पाँच सितारा होटल में किसान बेंच रहे हैं आम.

आम उत्पादकों को सीधे उपभोक्ता से जोड़ने के लिये केन्द्रीय उपोषण बाग़वानी संस्थान और हयात रीजेंसी ने एक अनोखी मुहिम शुरू की है। संस्थान द्वारा बड़ी संख्या में किसानों को फार्मर फ़र्स्ट के तहत आम में गुड एगरीकलचर प्रैक्टिस में 2017 से प्रशिक्षित किया गया। बागों में सुरक्षित कीट नाशकों का प्रयोग, फलों पर बैगिंग, सीआईएसएच हार्वेस्टर द्वारा सुरक्षित तोडाई, सिंगल लेयर सीएफबी डब्बे में विपणन इत्यादि में किसानों को संस्थान द्वारा वैज्ञानिक प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। किसानों की आय बढ़ाने के लिये अवध आम उत्पादक एवं बाग़वानी समिति सहित स्वयं सहायता समूह स्वावलंबन की स्थापना भी की गयी। डा. दामोदरन, निदेशक केन्द्रीय उपोषण बाग़वानी संस्थान, लखनऊ ने बताया कि पाँच सितारा होटल हयात रीजेंसी, लखनऊ इन किसानों की मदद के लिये सामने आया। करार के तहत हयात होटल ने ३० जून तक किसानों को आम की विभिन्न क़िस्मों को बेचने के लिये अपने होटल में मुफ़्त जगह दी।यह एक अभिनव प्रयास है। आम उत्पादक समिति के सचिव उपेन्द्र सिंह बताते हैं कि चार किलो आम का डब्बा यहाँ पर 600 का बिक रहा है। मलिहाबाद के उमंग गुप्ता बैग किया हुआ आम 800 रूपये प्रति पेटी बेच रहे है। होटल के मैनेजर इन्द्रनिल बैनरजी कहते हैं कि यह प्रयास कारपोरेट शोशल रिस्पांसिबिलिटी की तरफ़ से किसानों को मदद देने की ऐक पहल है। इस कार्यक्रम के संयोजक और एग्री बिज़नेस इनकयूबेशन के प्रधान अन्वेषक डा. मनीष मिश्र बताते हैं कि जिन किसानों ने संस्थान की तकनीकी को अपनाया उन किसानों को सीधे बाज़ार से जोड़ने का प्रयास संस्थान करता रहा है। लेकिन कॉरपोरेट सेक्टर से किसानों को जोड़ने पर किसानों को प्रत्यक्ष लाभ हो रहा है। भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद के किसानों की आय दूनी करने की दिशा में यह एक सकारात्मक कदम है।

Participation in State Level Kharif Productivity Goshthi- 2023 organized by Department of Agriculture, Uttar Pradesh

Directorate of Agriculture, Uttar Pradesh organized one day (May 26, 2023) State Level Kharif Productivity Goshthi and Exhibition at Krishi Bhawan Lucknow. Scientist and Technical Officer of ICAR- CISH participated and showcased institute technologies. The show was inaugurated by Honourable Minister of Agriculture, Agricultural Education & Research Uttar Pradesh Shri Surya Pratap Shahi on May 26, 2023. Bael varieties CISH B1 and CISH B2, grafted plants of mango and guava, mango harvester, fruit fly trap,bio products and value added processed products of mango, guava, bael and aonla were made big attraction for visitors at the institute stall. After inauguration of Goshthi and exhibition, Honourable Minister of Agriculture along-with senior officials of state department visited the stall. More than 2000 visitors including officials from various departments, farmers, women, students, youths visited the stall and benefited from the information on advance technologies developed by the institute. Dr. Naresh Babu, Principal Scientist and Shri. Arvind Kumar, ACTO recorded feedback from the visitors including farmers and students and solved their queries regarding plant propagation, cultivation and harvesting method and plant protection of mango, guava, bael and jamun.

Acharya Narendra Deva University of Agriculture & Technology, Kumarganj, Ayodhya organized two days (March 17-18, 2023) Farmers Fair & Agro- Industrial Exhibition on the theme Millet crop production and Value-added products at Acharya Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology Kumarganj, Ayodhya. Scientist and Technical Officer of ICAR- CISH participated and showcased institute technologies. The show was inaugurated by Honourable Minister of Agriculture, Agricultural Education and Research Uttar Pradesh Shri Surya Pratap Shahi on March 17, 2023. Bael varieties CISH B1 and CISH B2, grafted plants of mango and guava, mango harvester, fruit fly trap, cherry tomato, tissue cultured banana plants and bio products were big attraction for visitors at the institute stall. After inauguration of Krishi Mela and exhibition, Honourable Minister of Agriculture, Honourable Vice Chancellor of the university Dr. V. Singh, Directors of ICAR Institutes along-with senior officials visited the stall. More than 6000 visitors including officials from various departments, farmers, women, students, youths visited the stall and were benefited by the information on advance technologies developed by the institute. ICAR-CISH Participation in State level Fruit, Vegetable and Flower Show -2023 organized at Rajbhawan, Lucknow

Directorate of Horticulture and Food Processing, Lucknow organized four days (February 17-20, 2023) Fruit, Vegetable and Flower Show at Raj Bhawan, Lucknow. Scientists and Technical Officer of ICAR- CISH participated and showcased institute technologies. Show was inaugurated by Honourable Governor of Uttar Pradesh Smt. Anandi Ben Patel and Honourable Chief Minister Shri Aditya Nath Yogi 0on February 17, 2023. Hydroponic system for growing vegetables of tomato, lettuce and salad, guava varieties lalit, lalima and shweta, bael varieties CISH B1 and CISH B2, processed fruit products, mango harvester, fruit fly trap, exotic vegetables and cherry tomato made big attraction for visitors at the institute stall. More than 7000 visitors including officials from various departments, farmers, women, students, youth visited the stall and benefited from the information on advance technologies developed by the institute. Scientists Dr. Naresh Babu and Dr. S.R. Singh and Shri. Arvind Kumar, ACTO took feedback from the visitors and solved their queries regarding cultivation, plant protection and processed products of fruit crops. The show was concluded by Honourable Governor of Uttar Pradesh Smt. Anandi Ben Patel as Chief Guest on February 20, 2023.

उद्यान एवं खाद्य प्रसंस्करण निदेशालय, लखनऊ द्वारा राजभवन, लखनऊ में चार दिवसीय (17-20 फरवरी, 2023) फल, सब्जी एवं पुष्प प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमे केंद्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान के वैज्ञानिकों और तकनीकी अधिकारी ने भाग लिया और संस्थान की प्रौद्योगिकियों का प्रदर्शन किया। शो का उद्घाटन उत्तर प्रदेश की माननीय राज्यपाल श्रीमती आनंदी बेन पटेल एवं मुख्यमंत्री श्री आदित्य नाथ योगी द्वारा 17 फरवरी 2023 को किया गया। संस्थान के स्टाल पर टमाटर की सब्जियां, लेट्यूस और सलाद, अमरूद की किस्में (ललित, लालिमा और श्वेता) बेल की किस्में (सीआईएसएच B1 और सीआईएसएच B2 ) प्रसंस्कृत फल उत्पाद, आम हार्वेस्टर, फ्रूट फ्लाई ट्रैप, विदेशी सब्जियां और चेरी टमाटर आगंतुकों के लिए आकर्षण का केंद्र रहे । विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारियों, किसानों, महिलाओं, छात्रों, युवाओं सहित 7000 से अधिक आगंतुकों ने स्टॉल का दौरा किया और संस्थान द्वारा विकसित उन्नत तकनीकों की जानकारी से लाभान्वित हुए। संस्थान के वैज्ञानिक डॉ. नरेश बाबू और डॉ. एस.आर. सिंह तथा सहायक तकनीकी अधिकारी श्री. अरविंद कुमार ने आगंतुकों से प्रतिक्रिया ली और फलवाली फसलों की खेती, पौध संरक्षण और प्रसंस्कृत उत्पादों के बारे में उनके प्रश्नों का समाधान किया। शो का समापन समारोह के मुख्य अतिथि उत्तर प्रदेश की माननीय राज्यपाल श्रीमती आनंदी बेन पटेल की उपस्तिथि में 20 फरवरी 2023 को संपन्न हुआ।

ICAR-CISH displays its technologies during indo-Uzbek meet at integral university

ICAR-CISH displayed its technologies in the Indo-Uzbek Meet & International Conference on Trends & Innovations in Food Technology from Farm to Fork TIFT-2022 organised by Department of Bioengineering and Co-organised by Tashkent Chemical-Technological Institute, Tashkent, Uzbekistan at Integral University during November 24-25, 2022. Several dignitaries Prof. Javed Musarrat, Vice Chancellor, Integral University, Prof. Botir Usmonov, Director, Tashkent Chemical Technology Institute, Dr. P.P Gothwal, Head, CSIR-CFTRI, Lucknow, Students of Agriculture and Bioengineering faculty of Integral University and several entrepreneurs visited the stall. They were made aware of the institute technologies. The institute fruits varieties cish Bael-1 and cish Bael-2, Lalit, Lalima, Dhawal, Shweta were the major attractions. Fermented fruit products like vinegar, ciders and fruit wines; processed fruit products like juices, squash, pickle, candies, pulp, mango fibre, aonla herbal tea and Mango CISH Harvester also attracted the people in general. Shri Arvind Kumar (ACTO) coordinated the stall display.

भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद-केंद्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान ने दिनांक 24-25 नवंबर,2022 को इंटीग्रल यूनिवर्सिटी के बायोइंजीनियरिंग विभाग और ताशकंद केमिकल-टेक्नोलॉजिकल इंस्टीट्यूट,ताशकंद,उज्बेकिस्तान द्वारा सह-आयोजित इंडो-उज़्बेक मीट एंड इंटरनेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस ऑन ट्रेंड्स एंड इनोवेशन इन फूड टेक्नोलॉजी फ्रॉम फार्म टू फोर्क टीआईएफटी-2022 में अपनी तकनीकों का प्रदर्शन किया। इंडो-उज़्बेक मीट एंड इंटरनेशनल का उद्धघाटन प्रो.जावेद मुसर्रत, वाइस चांसलर, इंटीग्रल यूनिवर्सिटी,ने किया,और प्रो. बोतिर उस्मानोव, निदेशक,ताशकंद केमिकल टेक्नोलॉजी इंस्टीट्यूट,डॉ.पीपी गोठवाल, प्रमुख, सीएसआईआर-सीएफटीआरआई, लखनऊ उनके साथ थे! इंटीग्रल यूनिवर्सिटी के बायोइंजीनियरिंग फैकल्टी, कृषि के छात्र और कई उद्यमियों ने स्टॉल का भ्रमण किया इस अवसर पर उन्हें संस्थान की तकनीकों से भी अवगत कराया गया। संस्थान के फलों की किस्में सीआईएसएच बेल-1 और सीआईएसएच बेल-2,ललित,लालिमा,धवल,श्वेता; किण्वित फल उत्पाद जैसे सिरका,साइडर और फलों की मदिरा; प्रसंस्कृत फल उत्पाद जैसे जूस,स्क्वैश,अचार,कैंडी,पल्प,मैंगो फाइबर,आंवला हर्बल टी और मैंगो सीआईएसएच हार्वेस्टर ने आम लोगों को आकर्षित किया। श्री अरविंद कुमार (एसीटीओ) ने स्टाल प्रदर्शन का समन्वय किया।

NMC Mango Exhibition 2022

Under the guidance and supervision of Director (I/c) Dr. Neelima Garg, ICAR-CISH participated in ‘Media Mango Exhibitions’ organized by National Media Club at Moti Jheel, Kanpur on July 14, 2022 and at Western Court Annexe, Janpath Road, New Delhi on July 27, 2022. Kanpur ‘Media Mango Exhibition’ was inaugurated by honorable Former Governor of Uttarakhand and Cabinet Minister, Baby Rani Maurya.honorable Minister of State, Shri Sanjay Gangwar; honorable Minister of State, Smt. Pratibha Shukla and honorable Mayor, Smt. Pramila Pandey were also present on the occasion along with various other dignitaries. During the exhibition, all the honorable Ministers and various other dignitaries visited ICAR-CISH stall where about 100 mango varieties and hybrids and 10 mango based products were displayed. New Delhi ‘Media Mango Exhibition’ was inaugurated by Parshottam Rupala, honorable Union Cabinet Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Govt. of India. Other Cabinet Ministers and Ministers of State viz., Shri Narayan Tatu Rane, honorable Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises; Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, honorable Minister, Ministry of Jal Shakti; Shri Ajay Bhatt, honorable Minister of State in the Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Tourism; Shri Rameswar Teli, honorable Minister of State in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas and Ministry of Labour and Employment; Dr. Subhas Sarkar, honorable Minister of State in the Ministry of Education also visited the mango exhibition. Besides, several Member of Parliament and other dignitaries visited the mango exhibition. ICAR-CISH displayed ;200 mango varieties and hybrids and 15 mango based products during the exhibition. Dr. Ashish Yadav, Principal Scientist (Horticulture) briefed honorable Ministers and other dignitaries about the mango varieties, hybrids and mango based value added products displayed during the ‘Media Mango Exhibitions’ at Kanpur and New Delhi especially about Ambika and Arunika mango varieties developed by ICAR-CISH. The showcasing of mango includes several commercial varieties, released mango hybrids of the country, farmers’ varieties, exotic varieties and hybrids underevaluation which will be future mango varieties.

ICAR-CISH participated in Aam Mahotsav-2022

आम महोत्सव-2022 में भा.कृ.अनु.प.-के.उ.बा.सं. की प्रतिभागिता

Aam Mahotsav-2022 was organized at Awadh Shilpgram, Lucknow by Department of Horticulture and Food Processing, Government of Uttar Pradesh during July 4-7, 2022.Hon’ble Chief Minister, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Yogi Adityanath ji inaugurated the Aam Mahotsav-2022 and visited ICAR-CISH stall. Hon’ble CM was accompanied by Shri Dinesh Pratap Singh, Hon’ble Minister of State (Independent Charge) Horticulture, Agricultural Marketing, Agricultural Foreign Trade and Agricultural Exports and various other dignitaries. Director (I/c) Dr. Neelima Garg briefed Hon’ble CM about the mango varieties and hybrids displayed during the Aam Mahotsav especially about Ambika and Arunika mango varieties developed by ICAR-CISH which are very high in demand among the farmers and lots of farmers has already planted them in their field. Hon’ble CM interacted with Director (I/c) Dr. Neelima Garg and Dr. Ashish Yadav regarding the development of mango varieties having export potential and quicker transfer of technologies to the mango farmers. Later on, during the program, Shri Dinesh Pratap Singh, Hon’ble Minister of State(Independent Charge) Horticulture, Agricultural Marketing, Agricultural Foreign Trade and Agricultural Exports in his address highly appreciated the contributions of ICAR-Central Institute for Subtropical Horticulture in mango research and development. ICAR-CISH displayed 211 mango varieties and hybrids during Aam Mahotsav-2022.The showcasing of mango includes several commercial varieties, released mango hybrids of the country, farmers varieties, exotic varieties and hybrids under evaluation which will be future mango varieties. Motichoor, Rogini Zarda, Kharbuja, Chattisgarh Nandiraj, Hardil Azeez, Nazuk Badan, Pahilwan, Kuzza Seri, Bhadaiya Gola, Alif Laila, Afeem, Bir Pasand, Dalima, Larankoo, Elaichi, Lahutia etc. are some of the varieties attracting the visitors during Aam Mahotsav. Shri Dinesh Pratap Singh, Hon’ble Minister of State (Independent Charge), Horticulture, Agricultural Marketing, Agricultural Foreign Trade and Agricultural Exports was the Chief Guest during the Valedictory Program of Aam Mahotsav-2022 on July 7, 2022. ICAR-Central Institute for Subtropical Horticulture, Lucknow organizes Mango fair cum Mango diversity exhibition

भाकृअनुप-केन्द्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान, लखनऊ में आम मेला एवं आम विविधता प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन

भाकृअनुप-केन्द्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान, रहमानखेड़ा, लखनऊ में दिनांक 28 जून 2022 को आम मेला-2022 का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के माननीय उद्यान राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) श्री दिनेश प्रताप सिंह ने आम मेला और आम विविधता प्रदर्शनी का उदघाटन किया और अपने संभाषण में किसानों का आह्वान किया कि संस्थान द्वारा विकसित तकनीकों को अंगीकृत करें तभी वैज्ञानिकों का उत्साह बढेगा और किसानों का लाभ होगा । मुख्य अतिथि ने किसानों की किस्मों के संरक्षण हेतु किये जा रहे प्रयासों के लिये वैज्ञानिकों को बधाई दी। उन्होने आश्वासन दिया कि मेरा प्रयास होगा कि मलिहाबाद क्षेत्र में आम प्रसंस्करण इकाई की शीघ्र स्थापना हो।

संस्थान की निदेशक डा नीलिमा गर्ग ने किसानों को संस्थान द्वारा विकसित की गई विभिन्न प्रौद्योगिकियों की चर्चा करते हुए उन्होने बताया कि क्षेत्र के किसानों के लिये यह संस्थान फल पट्टी क्षेत्र की अंगूठी के नगीने की तरह हैं। इस मेले का उद्देश्य संस्थान की तकनीकों के माध्यम से किसानों की मदद करना हैं। डा. गर्ग ने अपने भाषण में किसानों के लिये क्षेत्र में आम प्रसंस्करण इकाई स्थापित करने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया जिससे किसानों को उनके उत्पाद का उचित मूल्य मिल सके। आम विविधता प्रदर्शनी का मूल उद्देश्य किसानों के बीच में जागरुकता बढाना और उनके द्वारा संरक्षित प्रजातियों का संरक्षण और पंजीकरण करवाना है जिससे किसानों को फायदा मिल सके। उन्होने अपने भाषण में आम के विभिन्न उत्पादों की भी चर्चा की और बताया कि फल प्रसंस्करण क्षेत्र में नवयुवकों के लिए उद्यमिता की असीम संभावनाएं हैं। उन्होने यह भी बताया कि आम विविधता प्रदर्शनी में संस्थान के 250 और विभिन्न किसानों के 350 आम के नमूने/प्रदर्श प्रस्तुत किए गए।

आम की विविधता प्रदर्शनी के आलावा आम मेले के मुख्य आकर्षण आम खाने की प्रतियोगिता, आम आधारित व्यंजन प्रतियोगिता, आम के मूल्यवर्धित उत्पादों का प्रदर्शन, आम बागवानों के साथ “आम का तुडाई उपरांत प्रबंधन, मूल्य सम्वर्धन और विपणन” विषय पर किसान गोष्ठी और किसान-वैज्ञानिक परिचर्चा, आम संग्रहालय का भ्रमण और बच्चों के लिये पेंटिंग प्रतियोगिता एवं आम प्रक्षेत्र का तांगा द्वारा भ्रमण रहे।

इस अवसर पर विशिष्ट अतिथि पद्मश्री कलीमुल्लाह खान ने अपने सम्बोधन में आम बागवानों की समस्याओं को रेखांकित करते हुए कहा कि किसान भाई खिले फूलों पर जहरीले रसायन न छिडकें । उन्होंने अपने द्वारा विकसित किस्मों को दिखाते हुए आह्वान किया कि किसान भाई कीड़ो को मारने के दीवाने न हों। सही समय पर सही दवा का सही मात्रा में छिडकाव ही लाभकारी है।

इस अवसर पर लखनऊ फार्मर मार्केट की श्रीमती ज्योत्सना हबीबुल्लाह ने अपने स्टाल में आम के विभिन्न व्यंजन प्रस्तुत किये जिसे सभी ने सराहा। उन्होने बताया कि उनके ऑनलाइन प्लेट्फार्म लखनऊ फार्मर मार्केट से 300 से अधिक किसान पूरे देश भर से जुडे हैं और उन्हें वह अवध आम उत्पादक संघ और लखनऊ फार्मर मार्केट के माध्यम से आम एवम उनके उत्पादों के विपणन में मदद करती हैं।

मलिहाबाद क्षेत्र के किसान श्री उपेंद्र सिंह ने आम विपणन की सफलता की कहानी साझा की और बताया कि अच्छे रूप रंग क़े कारण रु 250 के आम के 12 फल आसानी से बिक रहे हैं। उन्होने किसानों को थैलाबंदी करने का आह्वान किया।

प्रदर्शनी में विभिन्न संस्थानों और उद्यमियों के 20 स्टाल लगाए गए। किसानों के आम के नमूनों में से सर्वोत्कृष्ट नमूनों वाले किसानों को पुरस्कृत किया गया। आम खाने की और आम पर चित्रकला प्रतियोगिता आयोजित गई। तकनीकी सत्र में आम के तुड़ाई उपरांत प्रबंधन, मूल्य संवर्धन और विपणन विषय पर किसान गोष्ठी आयजित की गई। तकनीकी सत्र की अध्यक्षता उत्तर प्रदेश कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद के महानिदेशक डा संजय सिंह ने की । उन्होने अपने उदबोधन में प्रदेश के विकास के लिये बागवानी फसलों पर जोर देने का आह्वान किया।

इस कार्यक्रम में संस्थान के साथ प्रदेश सरकार के विभिन्न विभाग, कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र, अवध आम उत्पादक एवम बागवानी समिति, आम उत्पादक संघ, विविध किसान उत्पादक संगठन, माल मलिहाबाद फल सब्जी उत्पादक सहकारी समिति ने भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम में 600 से अधिक किसान, उद्यमी, आम मूल्य श्रंखला सहभागियों ने भाग लिया।

ICAR-CISH participated and displayed it’s technologies show case exhibition stall in the two days workshop on “Cultivation of aromatic & Medicinal plants in Uttar Pradesh” organised by State Agriculture Management Institute(SIMA) at own Rehmankhera campus, Lucknow on March 22-23, 2022. Workshop was inaugurated by Additional Chief Secretary (Agriculture) Dr. Devesh Chaturvedi through online, Dr. Pankaj Tripathi, Director, SIMA, Rehmankhera presided the function On March 22, 2022. Several experts were discussed about possibilities, challenges and solutions of cultivation of aromatic & medicinal plants in U.P. Dr. Neelima Garg, Dircetor, ICAR-CISH delivered lecture on value addition of medicinal plants for health and wealth. An exhibition was also arranged related agricultural technologies during the workshop. Workshop was concluded on March 23, 2022 an evening, Shri Alok Sinha Agriculture Production Commissioner of Uttar Pradesh was the chief guest of the closing ceremony, he also visited CISH exhibition stall and shown interest in fruit based probiotic drinks, herbal tea tablets, mango fibres and improved varieties of Bael. Several dignitaries Director SIMA, Rehmankhera, Ex Director and Dy. Directors of SIMA, farmers and entrepreneurs were visited the stall and they were aware about institute’s developed technologies. Dr. Devendra Pandey, Principal Scientist, Dr. S.K. Shukla, Principal Scientist, Shri Sanjay Kumar, CTO, Arvind Kumar, ACTO participated in the event.

Participation in Regional Krishi Mela organized by Dr Rajendra Prasad Central Agriculture University, Pusa, Samastipur, Bihar

ICAR-CISH Regional Research Station and Krishi Vigyan Kendra participated in the Regional Krishi Mela organized by Dr Rajendra Prasad Central Agriculture University, Pusa, Samastipur, Bihar during March 12-14, 2022. The details of different technologies and food products of Jagriti International FPO were displayed. During the Mela many dignitaries visited the stall and the competent authority of Dr RPCAU adjudged our stall and we won the II prize among the stalls put up by different ICAR, SAUs and other Govt Institutes outside Bihar.

Participation in Vegetable cum Flower Show -2022 organized at Rajbhawan, Lucknow

Directorate of Horticulture and Food Processing, Lucknow organized three days (March 4-6, 2022) Vegetable and Flower Show at Rajbhawan, Lucknow. Scientists and Technical Officer of ICAR- CISH participated and showcased institute technologies. The show was inaugurated by Honourable Governor of Uttar Pradesh Smt. Anandi Ben Patel as Chief Guest on March 04, 2022. Hydroponic system for growing vegetables of tomato, lettuce and salad, Guava varieties Lalit, Lalima and Shweta, Bael varieties CISH B1 and CISH B2, Jamun JL-37 and JL- 42 beans, processed fruit products, mango harvester, mechanical device for removing leaf webber in mango and grow bag oyster mushroom were made big attraction for visitors at the institute stall. More than 5000 visitors including officials from various departments, farmers, women, students, youths visited the stall and benefited from the information on advance technologies developed by the institute. Scientists (Dr. Naresh Babu, Dr. S.R. Singh, Dr. P.K. Shukla) and Technical Officer (Eng. D.K. Shukla, CTO and Shri. Arvind Kumar, ACTO) took feedback from the visitors and solved their queries regarding cultivation, plant protection and processed products of fruits crops. The show was concluded by Honourable Governor of Uttar Pradesh Smt. Anandi Ben Patel as Chief Guest on March 6, 2022.

Participation in Vegetable and Flower Show-2021 organized at Rajbhawan, Lucknow

राजभवन में आयोजित शाकभाजी एवं पुष्प प्रदर्शनी-2021 में प्रतिभाग

बागवानी, खाद्य एवं प्रसंस्करण निदेशालय, लखनऊ द्वारा राजभवन प्रांगण, लखनऊ में चार दिवसीय (6-9 फरवरी, 2021) शाकभाजी एवं पुष्प प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमे भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., रहमानखेड़ा, लखनऊ के वैज्ञानिको एवं तकनीकी अधिकारियो ने भी भाग लिया और प्रदर्शनी स्टाल लगाया। प्रदर्शनी का उद्घाटन दिनांक 6 फरवरी, 2021 को उत्तर प्रदेश के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री आदित्य नाथ योगी द्वारा किया गया। संस्थान द्वारा लगाए गए प्रदर्शनी स्टाल में शाकभाजी को उगाने हेतु हाइड्रोपोनिक तंत्र, अमरूद (ललित, लालिमा और श्वेता), बेल (सीआईएसएच बेल-1 एवं सीआईएसएच बेल-2), जामुन (सीआईएसएच जे-37 एवं सीआईएसएच जे-42) सेम, विदेशी शाको, सलाद की किस्मों, प्रसंस्कृत फल उत्पाद, आम हार्वेस्टर, आम में जाला कीट को हटाने वाली यांत्रिक उपकरण आगंतुकों के लिए विशेष आकर्षण के केंद्र रहे। प्रदर्शनी में 2000 से ज्यादा किसानो ने प्रदर्शनी स्टाल का अवलोकन किया और संस्थान द्वारा विकसित उन्नत किस्मों, तकनीको एवं उत्पादों की जानकारी से लाभान्वित हुए। संस्थान के वैज्ञानिको (डॉ. नरेश बाबू, डॉ. एस.आर. सिंह एवं डॉ. आलोक कुमार गुप्ता) एवं तकनीकी अधिकारियों (मु.त.अ., श्री संजय कुमार एवं स.मु.त.अ., श्री अरविंद कुमार) ने आगंतुकों से शाकभाजी, फलो एवं पुष्पों की खेती में होने वाली विभिन्न समस्याओ के बारे में उनकी प्रतिक्रियाओ को साझा किया। प्रदर्शनी का समापन दिनांक 8 फरवरी, 2021 को मुख्य अतिथि, माननीय राज्यपाल, उत्तर प्रदेश श्रीमती आनंदी बेन पटेल के द्वारा किया गया।

Exhibition of improved mango varieties and inauguration of Bagwan Mitra app

आम की उन्नत किस्मो की प्रदर्शनी एवं बागवान मित्र ऐप का शुभारम्भ

भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., लखनऊ ने दिनाकं 30 जून, 2020 को आम की उन्नत किस्मो की प्रदर्शनी एवं बागवान मित्र ऐप के शुभारम्भ कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया। प्रदर्शनी में 50 से अधिक किसानों एवं उद्यमियों ने भाग लिया। प्रदर्शनी में, संस्थान द्वारा विकसित विभिन्न मूल्य वर्धित उत्पादों, प्रौद्योगिकियों एवं आम की किस्मों का प्रदर्शन किया गया। समुदाय आधारित संगठन; अवध आम उत्पातक बागवानी समिति, आम जैवविभित्ता अनुरक्षण समिति, सहभागिता एवं स्वालंबन जैसे स्वयं सहायता समूह, लिटिल नेचर प्राइवेट लिमिटेड एवं स्वीटबेल जैसे उद्यमियों आदि द्वारा भी अपने उत्पादों का प्रदर्शन किया गया। इस अवसर पर, उत्तर प्रदेश के माननीय कृषि मंत्री, श्री सूर्य प्रताप शाही जी, मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में और माननीय बागवानी, कृषि निर्यात, कृषि विपणन, उत्तर प्रदेश के कृषि विदेश व्यापार मंत्री श्रीराम चौहान जी विशेष अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित थे। कार्यक्रम के दौरान, एक किसान हितैषी मोबाइल ऐप बागवान मित्र का उद्घाटन किया। इस ऐप को संस्थान द्वारा विकसित किया गया है, जिससे उत्पादकों द्वारा विषय विशेषज्ञ वैज्ञानिकों से सीधे जानकारी प्राप्त करके आम के बागों का उचित रखरखाव किया जा सके। माननीय मंत्री, श्री सूर्य प्रताप शाही जी ने उप-उष्णकटिबंधीय फलों के विभिन्न पहलुओं पर संस्थान द्वारा किए गए कार्यों की सराहना की। इस अवसर पर, एग्री-बिजनेस इन्क्यूबेशन सेंटर के ब्रोशर का भी उद्घाटन किया गया। कार्यक्रम के अंत में माननीय मंत्री द्वारा हितधारकों को प्रसस्ति प्रमाणपत्र भी प्रदान किया गया।

ICAR-CISH, Lucknow organized Exhibition of improved mango varieties and inauguration of Bagwan Mitra app on June 30, 2020. More than 50 farmers and entrepreneurs participated in the exhibition. In exhibition, Institute developed various value added products, technologies and mango varieties were showcased. The community based organizations; Awadh Aam Utpadak Baghwani Samiti and Society for Conservation of Mango Diversity, Self Help Group like Sahbhagita and Swalamban, entrepreneurs like Little Nature Pvt. Ltd. and Sweet Bell etc. were also showcased their products. On this occasion, Honorable Agriculture Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Surya Pratap Shahi Ji, as chief guest and Honorable Horticulture, Agricultural Exports, Agricultural Marketing, Agriculture Foreign Trade Minister of Uttar Pradesh Shri Shriram Chauhan Ji were present as special guest. During the programme, a farmers friendly mobile app Bagwan Mitra was inaugurated. This app has been developed by institute in view of keeping to proper maintenance of mango orchards by growers through directly getting information from the subject specialized scientists. Honorable Minister, Shri Surya Pratap Shahi Ji appreciated the work done by the institute on various aspects of subtropical fruits. On this occasion, a brochure of Agri-Business Incubation Center was also inaugurated. At the end of the programme, appreciation certificates were also presented to the stakeholders by the Honorable Minister.

Kisan Mela and Exhibition

किसान मेला एवं प्रदर्शनी

भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., लखनऊ ने 26 फरवरी, 2020 को अपने संस्थान परिसर में किसान मेले और प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन किया। मेले में काकोरी एवं मॉल ब्लॉक के 35 गांवों के 550 से अधिक अनुसूचित जाति के किसानों ने भाग लिया। इस अवसर पर उत्तर प्रदेश के माननीय कृषि मंत्री श्री सूर्य प्रताप शाही जी मुख्य अतिथि के रूप मं उपस्थित थे। उन्होंने उपोष्ण फलों के विभिन्न पहलुओं पर संस्थान द्वारा किए गए कार्यों की सराहना की। उन्होंने उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा वित्तपोषित आरकेवीवाई परियोजना के तहत हाइड्रोपोनिक्स मॉडल के विकास पर संस्थान की प्रशंसा भी की। प्रदर्शनी में, नवीनतम बागवानी तकनीक और उत्पादों को अन्य आईसीएआर एवं सीएसआईआर संस्थानों, केवीके, निजी कंपनियों और किसानों द्वारा प्रदर्शित किया गया। किसानों को विभिन्न कृषि तकनीकों के बारे में अवगत कराया गया। इसके साथ ही, उनके बीच विभिन्न प्रकार की स्व-उत्पादित सब्जियों का प्रदर्शन करने के लिए एक प्रतियोगिता का भी आयोजन किया गया और विजेताओं को माननीय कृषि मंत्री श्री कृषि मंत्री सूर्य प्रताप शाही जी द्वारा पुरस्कृत किया गया।

ICAR-CISH, Lucknow organized farmer fair and exhibition on February 26, 2020 at its premises. More than 550 scheduled caste farmers from 35 villages of Kakori and Mall blocks participated in the fair. On this occasion, Honorable Agriculture Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Surya Pratap Shahi Ji was present as the chief guest. He appreciated the work done by the institute on various aspects of subtropical fruits. He also praised the institute for developing of hydroponics model under RKVY project, funded by UP Government. In the exhibition, latest horticultural techniques and products were showcased by other ICAR and CSIR institute, KVK, Private companies and farmers. The farmers were apprised about various farming techniques. Along with this, a competition was also organized to showcase various types of self-produced vegetables amongst the farmers and winners were also rewarded by the Honorable Agriculture Minister Mr. Agriculture Minister Surya Pratap Shahi Ji.

राष्ट्रीय बागवानी मेला-2020 में भा.कृ.अनु.प.- कें.उ.बा.सं. की प्रतिभागिता

भा.कृ.अनु.प.- कें.उ.बा.सं., लखनऊ ने दिनांक 5-8 फरवरी, 2020 के दौरान भा.कृ.अनु.प.-भारतीय बागवानी अनुसंधान संस्थान, हेसारघट्टा, बेंगलुरु में राष्ट्रीय बागवानी मेला-2020 का "बागवानी: खेती को उद्यम बना रहा है" के विषय के साथ आयोजित कार्यक्रम में भाग लिया एवं संस्थान द्वारा विकसित तकनीकों का प्रदर्शन किया। मेले का उद्घाटन दिनांक 5 फरवरी, 2020 को भा.कृ.अनु.प. के महानिदेशक एवं सचिव, डेयर, नई दिल्ली डॉ. त्रिलोचन मोहपात्रा के द्वारा किया गया। मेले के दौरान 6000 से ज्यादा किसानो ने भा.कृ.अनु.प.- कें.उ.बा.सं. के प्रदर्शनी स्टाल का अवलोकन किया तथा संस्थान द्वारा विकसित विभिन्न उन्नत तकनीको की जानकारी से लाभान्वित हुए। संस्थान की ओर से श्री अरविन्द कुमार, सहायक मुख्य तकनीकी अधिकारी ने मेले में प्रतिभाग किया।

Fair was inaugurated by Hon’ble Director General, ICAR and Secretary, DARE, New Delhi Dr. Trilochan Mohapatra on February 5, 2020. During the fair, more than 6000 farmers were interacted on CISH Exhibition stall and benefitted from the information of advance technologies developed by ICAR-CISH. On behalf of the institute, Mr. Arvind Kumar, Assistant Chief Technical Officer participated in the fair.

All India Farmers Fair and Agriculture Industry Exhibition

अखिल भारतीय किसान मेला एवं कृषि उद्योग प्रदर्शनी

चंद्र शेखर आज़ाद कृषि और प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय, कानपुर द्वारा अपने परिसर में दिनांक 16-19 अक्टूबर, 2019 के दौरान अखिल भारतीय किसान मेला एवं कृषि उद्योग प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन हुआ जिसमे भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., रहमानखेड़ा ने प्रदर्शनी स्टाल लगाया और संस्थान द्वारा विकसित विभिन्न तकनीकों का प्रदर्शन किया। किसान मेला का उद्घाटन दिनांक 16.10.2019 को माननीय कृषि सचिव, कृषि शिक्षा एवं अनुसंधान, उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार, श्री अमित मोहन प्रसाद जी द्वारा हुआ। मेले में कानपुर एवं आसपास के जिलों के 16,000 से अधिक किसानों ने भ्रमण किया। भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं. के प्रदर्शनी स्टाल पर बहुत से किसानों ने संपर्क किया एवं उनके द्वारा आम में दीमक, डाईबैक, लीफ वेबर इत्यादि के प्रसार को नियंत्रित करने से संबंधित पूछे गए सवालों के जवाब द्वारा उन्हे लाभान्वित किया गया। मेले का समापन दिनांक 19.10.2019 को हुआ। जिसमे मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में चंद्र शेखर आज़ाद कृषि और प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय, कानपुर के माननीय कुलपति डॉ. सुशील सोलोमन एवं भा.कृ.अनु.प.- भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान संस्थान, नई दिल्ली के प्रधान वैज्ञानिक डॉ. गोविंद प्रताप राव जी थे। सर्वश्रेष्ठ स्टाल प्रदर्शित करने के लिए केंद्रीय अनुसंधान संस्थानों की श्रेणी में भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं को प्रदर्शनी स्टाल को दूसरा स्थान मिला। इं. डी.के. शुक्ला, मुख्य तकनीकी अधिकारी एवं श्री अरविंद कुमार, सहायक मुख्य तकनीकी अधिकारी ने भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं के प्रदर्शनी स्टाल का संचालन किया।

ICAR-CISH, Rehmankhera, participated & displayed its technology in the All India Farmers Fair and Agriculture Industry Exhibition organised by CSAU&T, Kanpur at its campus during 16-19 October, 2019. Farmers Fair was inaugurated by the Honourable Secretary Agriculture, Agriculture Education & Research, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Amit Mohan Prasad on 16.10.2019. More than 16,000 farmers from Kanpur and adjoining districts were visited the fair. A number of farmers approached the ICAR-CISH exhibition stall and benefitted with the respond information of asked queries related to control the spread of termite, dieback, leaf webber etc. in mango. The fair was over on 19.10.2019. Honourable Vice Chancellor Dr. Susheel Soloman, CSAU&T, Kanpur & Dr. Govind Pratap Rao, Principal Scientist, ICAR-IARI, New Delhi were the chief guest of the closing ceremony. The Exhibition stall of ICAR-CISH got second place among Central Research Institutions category for displaying best stall. Er. D.K. Shukla, CTO and Shri Arvind Kumar, ACTO conducted the exhibition stall of ICAR-CISH.

National Agriculture Exhibition

राष्ट्रीय कृषि प्रदर्शनी

केंद्रीय कोलकाता विज्ञान और संस्कृति संगठन फॉर यूथ द्वारा अमरावती मैदान, सौदेपुर, कोलकाता, पश्चिम बंगाल में रचनात्मक भारत: एक नया आयाम विषय के साथ दिनांक 28.08.2019 से 31.08.2019 तक राष्ट्रीय कृषि प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमे भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., रहमानखेड़ा ने भाग लिया और प्रदर्शनी स्टाल लगाया। प्रदर्शनी का उद्घाटन दिनांक 28.08.2019 को दमदम चुनाव-क्षेत्र, कोलकाता के माननीय सांसद प्रो. सौगत राय द्वारा किया गया। प्रदर्शनी में परिधीय क्षेत्र के 10000 से अधिक छात्रों (कक्षा 10,11 और 12 वीं) एवं कृषकों ने भ्रमण किया। छात्रों एवं कृषकों ने भा.कृ.अनु.प.- कें.उ.बा.सं. के प्रदर्शनी स्टाल का अवलोकन किया तथा संस्थान द्वारा विकसित विभिन्न उन्नत तकनीको की जानकारी से लाभान्वित हुए। केंद्रीय कोलकाता विज्ञान और संस्कृति के मुख्य महासचिव श्री नेमाई चन्द्र प्रमाणिक ने भी संस्थान की प्रदर्शनी स्टाल का अवलोकन किया और विकसित तकनीकों के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त की। प्रदर्शनी का समापन दिनांक 31.08.2019 को हुआ। जिसमे मुख्य अथिति के रूप में माननीय सांसद प्रो. सौगत राय जी उपस्थित थे।

ICAR-CISH, Rehmankhera participated and installed and showcased its technology in National Agriculture Exhibition organised by Central Calcutta Science and Culture Organisation For Youth with the theme: Creative India; A New Dimension at Amrabati Maidan, Shodepur, Kolkata, West Bengal from 28.08.2019 to 31.08.2019. The exhibition was inaugurated by Honourable Prof. Saugata Roy, MP, Dumdum Constituency, Kolkata on 28.08.2019. More than 10000 students (Class 10,11 and 12th) and farmers from peripheral region visited the exhibition. The students were also interacted on CISH exhibition stall and benefitted with information of developed advance technology of Institute. Shri. Nemai Chandra Pramanik, Chief General Secretary of Central Calcutta Science and Culture also visited the Institute’s exhibition stall and aware about the developed technologies. The Exhibition was over on 31.08.2019. Honourable Prof. Saugata Roy, MP, was the Chief guest of the closing ceremony.

मीडिया आम महोत्सव-2019

भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., लखनऊ ने दिनांक 18.07.2019 को नेशनल मीडिया क्लब द्वारा नई दिल्ली में आयोजित आम महोत्सव-2019 में भाग लिया और संस्थान द्वारा विकसित किस्मों, स्वदेशी संग्रह और विभिन्न प्रकार के विदेशी किस्मों के आमों का प्रदर्शन किया गया। इस महोत्सव का आयोजन सांसदों और अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्तियों के लिए किया गया था। महोत्सव का उद्घाटन केंद्रीय कृषि और किसान कल्याण मंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र सिंह तोमर ने किया। महोत्सव में केंद्रीय पंचायत राज राज्य मंत्री, कृषि और किसान कल्याण श्री पुरुषोत्तम रूपाला, श्री प्रताप चंद्र सारंगी, श्री फारूक अब्दुल्ला, श्री राजेंद्र अग्रवाल, साध्वी निरंजन ज्योति, श्री रामदास अठावले, श्री गजेन्द्र सिंह शेखावत, श्री रमेश बिदुरी, श्रीमती कृष्णा राज, गजल उस्ताद श्री अनूप जलोटा तथा अन्य गणमान्य मंत्री और सांसद उपस्थित थे। गणमान्य व्यक्तियों ने भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं. द्वारा लगाए गए प्रदर्शनी स्टाल का अवलोकन किया तथा देश में उपलब्ध समृद्ध आम की आनुवंशिक विविधता के संरक्षण तथा विभिन्न विशिष्ट, आकर्षक रंगीन संकर किस्मों के विकास में भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं. की सराहना की। डॉ. उमेश हुडेदामनि ने प्रदर्शनी स्टॉल पर आने वाले गणमान्य व्यक्तियों के विशिष्ट प्रश्नों का जवाब दिया। डॉ. शैलेंद्र राजन, निदेशक, भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं. ने आम महोत्सव और आम की विविधता के बारे में मंत्रियों, प्रिंट और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया को जानकारी दी।

ICAR-CISH participated in mango festival organized by National Media Club at New Delhi on 18.07.2019 and displayed different types of mango varieties including institute developed varieties, indigenous collections and exotic varieties. The festival was organized for the parliamentarians and other dignitaries. Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Shri. Narendra Singh Tomar inaugurated the event. In this festival, Shri. Purushottam Rupala, Union Minister of State for Panchayat Raj, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Shri. Pratap Chandra Sarangi, Shri. Farooq Abdullah, Shri. Rajendra Agarwal, Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti, Shri. Ramdas Athawale, Shri. Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Shri. Ramesh Biduri, Smt. Krishna Raj, Gazal maestro Shri. Anup Jalota and other digniteries MP and Minister were also present. The dignitaries observed the exhibition stall of ICAR-CISH and also appreciated ICAR-CISH for conserving the rich genetic diversity of mango available in the country and development of different elite attractive coloured hybrids varieties. Dr. Umesh Hudedamani responded to the specific queries of the dignitaries visiting exhibition stall. Director ICAR-CISH, Dr. Shailendra Rajan briefed the ministers, print and electronic media about the mango festival and mango diversity.

31वी दिल्ली आम महोत्सव-2019

दिल्ली हाट, जनकपुरी, नई दिल्ली में दिनांक 5-7 जुलाई 2019 को 31वी दिल्ली आम महोत्सव-2019 का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमे भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., लखनऊ ने भी भाग लिया और संस्थान द्वारा विकसित किस्मों, स्वदेशी संग्रह और विदेशी किस्मों सहित 300 से अधिक आम की किस्मों का प्रदर्शन किया। कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन दिल्ली के उपमुख्यमंत्री एवं अध्यक्ष डीटीटीडीसी श्री मनीष सिसोदिया के द्वारा किया गया। श्री मनीष सिसोदिया, उपमुख्यमंत्री एवं अध्यक्ष डीटीटीडीसी, दिल्ली, डॉ. एम. अरीज़ अहमद, प्रबंध निदेशक, राष्ट्रीय बागवानी बोर्ड, श्री शूरबीर सिंह, एमडी और सीईओ दिल्ली पर्यटन विभाग एवं अन्य गणमान्य वयक्तियो ने भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं. द्वारा लगाए गए प्रदर्शनी स्टाल का अवलोकन किया तथा संस्थान द्वारा विकसित अंबिका एवं अरुणिका आमो की किस्मो की सराहना की। इसके अलावा अन्य रंगीन संकर आमो की किस्मे भी आगंतुकों, किसानों, सरकारी अधिकारियों और मीडिया के लिए मुख्य आकर्षण रहे।

उत्तर प्रदेश आम महोत्सव-2019

इंदिरा गांधी प्रतिष्ठान, गोमती नगर, लखनऊ में दिनांक 22-23 जून, 2019 को उत्तर प्रदेश आम महोत्सव -2019 का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमे भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., लखनऊ ने भी भाग लिया और संस्थान द्वारा विकसित किस्मों, स्वदेशी संग्रह और विदेशी किस्मों सहित 300 से अधिक आम की किस्मों का प्रदर्शन किया। कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन माननीय वन, पर्यावरण, प्राणि उद्यान, बागवानी मंत्री, माननीय श्री दारा सिंह चौहान ने किया। महोत्सव में भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं. द्वारा विकसित अंबिका, अरुणिका सहित रंगीन संकर आमो की किस्मे आगंतुकों के लिए मुख्य आकर्षण रहे। महोत्सव के दौरान संस्थान ने अपनी प्रौद्योगिकियों, उत्पादों का भी प्रदर्शन किया और संस्थान के वैज्ञानिकों ने किसानों के लिए आयोजित तकनीकी सत्र में भाग लिया। उत्तर प्रदेश के राज्यपाल महामहिम श्री राम नाईक ने पुरस्कार और प्रमाण पत्र वितरित करते हुए पुरस्कार समारोह की अध्यक्षता की।

Mango Festival 2019 held at Indira Gandhi Prathisthan, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow from 22-23 June, 2019 and displayed more than 300 mango varieties including institute developed varieties, indigenous collections and exotic varieties. Honorable Minister for Forest, Environment, Zoological Garden, Horticulture, Shri. Dara Singh Chuhan inaugurated the mango festival. The coloured hybrids of CISH including the Ambika, Arunika were the main attraction for the visitors. Institute also displayed its technologies, products during the festival and institute scientists participated in the technical session organized for the farmers. Governor of U.P. His Excellency Shri Ram Naik presided over the award ceremony distributing the awards and certificates.

पूसा कृषि विज्ञान मेला

भा.कृ.अनु.प.- भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान संस्थान, नई दिल्ली द्वारा दिनांक 05 -07 मार्च को पूसा कृषि विज्ञान मेला का आयोजन किया गया। मेला का उद्घाटन दिनांक 06.03.2019 को भा.कृ.अनु.प. के माननीय महानिदेशक, डॉ. त्रिलोचन महापात्रा के द्वारा किया गया। इस मेले में भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं. ने भी भाग लिया और संस्थान द्वारा विकसित विभिन्न प्रकार के फल एवं सब्जियों की किस्मे (जैसे कि अमरूद, सीआईएसएच बेल-1 एवं सीआईएसएच बेल-2, सेम की विविधता (सेम), विदेशी सब्जियाँ, सहजन आदि), तकनीकों (जैसे कि आम में लीफ वेबर को हटाने एवं आम की तुड़ाई के लिए यांत्रिक उपकरण) तथा प्रसंस्कृत फल उत्पादो (जैसे कि स्क्वैश, जूस, अचार, फल कैंडी, साइडर, वाइन, प्रोबायोटिक फल पेय आदि) का प्रदर्शन किया जो कि आगंतुकों के लिए विशेष आकर्षण के केंद्र रहे। मेले में 2000 से ज्यादा आगंतुकों ने प्रदर्शनी स्टाल का अवलोकन किया और संस्थान द्वारा विकसित उन्नत तकनीको एवं उत्पादों की जानकारी से लाभान्वित हुए। इस दौरान संस्थान के वैज्ञानिक डॉ. नरेश बाबू, डॉ. सुभाष चंद्र तथा मुख्य तकनीकी अधिकारी श्री अरविंद कुमार ने आगंतुकों के साथ बातचीत की तथा आम एवं अमरुद की सघन बागवानी एवं सम्बंधित प्रमुख कीट रोगो के निदान के विषय में मार्गदर्शन किया। मेला का समापन दिनांक 07.03.2019 को हुआ। जिसमे मुख्य अथिति के रूप में भारत के नीति आयोग के सदस्य माननीय श्री रमेश चंद जी उपस्थित थे।

ICAR-Indian Agriculture Research Institute, New Delhi organized Pusa Krishi Vigyan Mela from 05- 07 March 2019. The fair was inaugurated by Hon’ble Director General, ICAR, Dr. Trilochan Mahapatra on 06.03.2019. The ICAR-CISH also participated in this fair and showcased the diverse fruit and vegetables (Such as guava, CISH bael-1, CISH bael-2, beans, exotic vegetables, drum stick etc.), technologies (mechanical device for removing leaf webber in mango, mango harvester etc.) and various processed fruit products (such as squash, juice, pickle, fruit candies, cider, wine, probiotic fruit drinks etc.) developed by the Institute. These were made big attraction for visitors. More than 2000 farmers were interacted on CISH exhibition stall and benefitted from the information of advance technology developed by Institute. During the fair, Scientists, Dr. Subhash Chandra, Dr. Naresh Babu and Chief Technical Officer, Shri. Arvind Kumar interacted with visitors and guided them about HDP techniques of guava and mango and also solved the problems related to insect pest. The fair was over on 07.03.2019. Hon’ble Shri. Ramesh Chand, Member of NEETI, Ayog of India was the chief guest of the closing ceremony.

भारतीय औद्योगिक संघ और बागवानी एवं खाद्य प्रसंस्करण निदेशालय, लखनऊ, उत्तर प्रदेश के सहयोग से भारतीय औद्योगिक संघ भवन, विभूतिखण्ड लखनऊ में दिनांक 22-24 फरवरी 2019 को कृषि और खाद्य प्रौद्योगिकी औद्योगिक प्रदर्शनी (इंडिया फूड एक्सपो-2019) का आयोजन किया गया। प्रदर्शनी का उद्घाटन दिनांक 22.02.2019 को श्री सुधीर गर्ग जी, सचिव, बागवानी विभाग, उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के द्वारा डॉ. आर.पी. सिंह, निदेशक बागवानी एवं खाद्य प्रसंस्करण, लखनऊ एवं डॉ. शैलेन्द्र राजन, निदेशक भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं. की उपस्थिति में हुआ। इस एक्सपो में भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं. ने भी प्रदर्शनी स्टाल लगाया और संस्थान द्वारा विकसित विभिन्न प्रकार के प्रसंस्कृत फल उत्पाद जैसे कि स्क्वैश, जूस, अचार, फल कैंडी, साइडर, वाइन, प्रोबायोटिक फल पेय तथा आम की कटाई के लिए यांत्रिक उपकरण का प्रदर्शन किया, जिसका अवलोकन 1000 से ज्यादा आगंतुको ने किया। निदेशक भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., डॉ. शैलेन्द्र राजन ने आगंतुकों के साथ बातचीत की और कुछ उत्साही आगंतुक कृषि-उद्यमियों को संस्थान के भ्रमण के लिए आमंत्रित किया।

The Exhibition was inaugurated by Hon’ble Shri. Sudhir Garg, Secretary, Horticulture, Govt. Of Uttar Pradesh along with Dr. R. P. Singh, Director, Directorate of Horticulture & Food Processing, Lucknow and Dr. Shailendra Rajan, Director, ICAR-CISH, Rehmankhera, Lucknow on February 22, 2019. Scientists and Technical staffs of ICAR-CISH participated and showcased the various fruit products and technologies such as squash, juice, pickle, fruit candies, cider, wine, probiotic fruit drinks and mango harvester, which was overviewed by more than thousand visitors. Dr. S. Rajan, Director, ICAR-CISH also interacted with visitors and offer some enthusiastic agro-entrepreneurs to visit CISH.

Science Expo-2019

साइंस एक्सपो-2019

भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं. लखनऊ एवं लखनऊ के २० से अधिक वैज्ञानिक एवं शोध संस्थानों ने विशेषतया छात्रों को ध्यान में रखते हुए वैज्ञानिक संस्थानों एवं जनसामान्य के बीच अंतर को कम करने के उद्देश्य से आंचलिक विज्ञान नगरी, लखनऊ द्वारा दिनाक 18-20 फरवरी 2019 को साइंस एक्सपो-2019 का आयोजन किया। इस एक्सपो में संस्थान ने भी प्रतिभाग किया एवं संस्थान द्वारा विकसित विभिन्न तकनीकों का प्रदर्शन किया। लगभग 300 विधार्थी संस्थान द्वारा विकसित तकनीकों से अवगत एवं लाभान्वित हुए। विधार्थियो के लिए विज्ञान को अपने जीवन में अपनाने एवं उससे प्रभावित होने के उद्देश्य से इस एक्सपो के दौरान अनेक प्रतियोगिताओ का भी आयोजन किया गया।

Regional Science City, Lucknow along with ICAR-CISH, Lucknow and more than 20 scientific and R&D Institutions from Lucknow city organized ‘Science Expo-2019’ from February 18-20, 2019 with an objective to bridge the gap between the scientific institutions and general public with special focus on students. Institute participated and displayed its exhibits in this expo. Around 300 students were apprised about the technologies developed by the Institute. Several competitions were also organized for the students for influencing science in their lives.

Vegetable and Flower Show-2019

शाकभाजी एवं पुष्प प्रदर्शनी-2019

बागवानी, खाद्य एवं प्रसंस्करण निदेशालय, लखनऊ द्वारा राजभवन प्रांगण, लखनऊ में दो दिवसीय (16-17 फरवरी 2019) शाकभाजी एवं पुष्प प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमे भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., रहमानखेड़ा, लखनऊ के वैज्ञानिको एवं वरिष्ठ तकनीकी अधिकारियो ने भी भाग लिया और प्रदर्शनी स्टाल लगाया। प्रदर्शनी का उद्घाटन दिनांक 16.02.2019 को उत्तर प्रदेश के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री आदित्य नाथ योगी द्वारा किया गया। संस्थान द्वारा लगाए गए प्रदर्शनी स्टाल में अमरुद (ललित एवं श्वेता किस्म), बेल ( सीआईएसएच बेल-1 एवं सीआईएसएच बेल-2 किस्म), सेम की विभिन्न किस्में, सब्जियों की विदेशी किस्में, सलाद, स्ट्रॉबेरी, आम में लीफ वेबर को हटाने के लिए यांत्रिक उपकरण, आम की कटाई और प्रसंस्कृत फल उत्पाद आगंतुकों के लिए विशेष आकर्षण के केंद्र रहे। प्रदर्शनी में 3000 से ज्यादा किसानो ने प्रदर्शनी स्टाल का अवलोकन किया और संस्थान द्वारा विकसित उन्नत तकनीको एवं उत्पादों की जानकारी से लाभान्वित हुए। निदेशक, भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., डॉ. शैलेंद्र राजन ने आगंतुकों से शाकभाजी, फलो एवं पुष्पो की खेती में होने वाली विभिन्न समस्याओ के बारे में उनकी प्रतिक्रियाओ को साझा किया। प्रदर्शनी का समापन दिनांक 17.02.2019 को मुख्य अतिथि, माननीय राज्यपाल, उत्तर प्रदेश श्री राम नाइक जी के उपस्थिति में हुआ।

Dr. Shailendra Rajan, Director, ICAR-CISH took feed-back from the visitors about the various problems in cultivation of vegetables, fruits and flowers. The show was concluded in the presence of Honourable Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Ram Naik ji as Chief Guest on 17.02.2019.

भा.कृ.अनु.प.- पूर्वी क्षेत्र अनुसंधान परिसर, पटना द्वारा तीन दिवसीय (09-11 फरवरी 2019) कृषि प्रदर्शनी एवं कृषि कुंभ का गांधी मैदान, मोतिहारी, बिहार में आयोजन किया गया। जिसमे भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., रहमानखेड़ा, लखनऊ के वरिष्ठ तकनीकी अधिकारी श्री अरविंद कुमार ने भाग लिया और प्रदर्शनी स्टाल लगाया। कृषि प्रदर्शनी का उद्घाटन दिनांक 09.02.2019 को माननीय कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्री, भारत सरकार श्री राधा मोहन सिंह जी द्वारा एवं कृषि कुम्भ का उद्घाटन बिहार के माननीय राज्यपाल श्री लालजी टंडन द्वारा किया गया। प्रदर्शनी में 1000 से ज्यादा किसानो ने प्रदर्शनी स्टाल का अवलोकन किया और संस्थान द्वारा विकसित आम, अमरुद, आंवला, बेल, आदि से सम्बंधित उन्नत तकनीको की जानकारी से लाभान्वित हुए। कृषि प्रदर्शनी एवं कृषि कुंभ का समापन दिनांक 11.02.2019 को हुआ। जिसमे मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग, जहाज रानी, जल संसाधन, नदी विकास एवं गंगा कायाकल्प मंत्री माननीय श्री नितिन गडकरी जी उपस्थित थे।

More than 1000 farmers interacted and benefited from the information of advance technologies of mango, guava, aonla, bael etc. developed by the Institute. The programme was concluded on 11.02.2019. In Closing ceremony, Honourable Minister, Road Transport and Highways, Shipping, Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation Shri Nitin Gadkari was present as a chief guest.

किसान मेला-2019

वै.औ.अनु.प.-केंद्रीय औषधीय एवं सगंध पौध संस्थान, लखनऊ द्वारा दिनांक 31.01.2019 को एक दिवसीय किसान मेला-2019 का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमे भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., लखनऊ के वैज्ञानिक श्री. सुभाष चंद्रा, ई. डी.के. शुक्ला सहा. मुख्य तकनीकी अधिकारी एवं वरिष्ठ तकनीकी अधिकारी श्री. अरविंद कुमार ने भाग लिया और प्रदर्शनी स्टाल लगाया। मेला का उद्घाटन भूतपूर्व कुलपति, गोविंद बल्लभ पंत कृषि और प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय, पंतनगर, उत्तराखंड, डॉ. मंगला राय द्वारा सीमैप के निदेशक प्रोफेसर डॉ. अनिल कुमार त्रिपाठी की उपस्थिति में किया गया। मेले में 2000 से ज्यादा किसानो ने भा.कृ.अनु.प.- कें.उ.बा.सं. के प्रदर्शनी स्टाल का अवलोकन किया तथा संस्थान द्वारा विकसित विभिन्न उन्नत तकनीको की जानकारी से लाभान्वित हुए।

Arvind Kumar, Senior Technical Officer of ICAR-CISH participated and showcased the institute technologies. The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Mangala Rai , Ex. Vice Chancellor, G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, Uttrakhand, along with Professor Anil Kumar Tripathi, Director, CSIR-CIMAP. भा.कृ.अनु.प.-भारतीय बागवानी अनुसंधान संस्थान, हेसारघट्टा, बेंगलुरु द्वारा दिनांक 23.01.2019 को तीन दिवसीय (23-25 जनवरी) राष्ट्रीय बागवानी मेला -2019 का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमे भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., लखनऊ के वैज्ञानिक श्री. सुभाष चंद्रा, श्री. गोपाल कारपेंटर एवं वरिष्ठ तकनीकी अधिकारी श्री. अरविंद कुमार ने भाग लिया और प्रदर्शनी स्टाल लगाया। मेला का उद्घाटन दिनांक 23.01.2019 को माननीय बागवानी मंत्री, कर्नाटक सरकार, श्री एम.सी. मनागुली के द्वारा किया गया। मेले में 3000 से ज्यादा किसानो ने भा.कृ.अनु.प.- कें.उ.बा.सं. के प्रदर्शनी स्टाल का अवलोकन किया तथा संस्थान द्वारा विकसित विभिन्न उन्नत तकनीको की जानकारी से लाभान्वित हुए। मेले का समापन दिनांक 25.01.2019 को हुआ। जिसमे मुख्य अथिति के रूप में माननीय विधान परिषद सदस्य, येलहंका, कर्नाटक, श्री एस. आर. विश्वनाथन जी उपस्थित थे।

Three days National Horticultural Fair-2019 organized by ICAR-Indian Institute of Horticulture Research, Hessarghatta, Bengaluru on 23.01.2019. Scientist Shri Subhash Chandra, Shri Gopal Carpenter and Shri. Arvind Kumar, Senior Technical Officer of ICAR-CISH participated and showcased the institute technologies. The fair was inaugurated by Honorable Minister for Horticulture, Govt. Of Karnataka Shri. M.C. Managuli on 23.01.2019. During the fair, more than 3000 farmers were interacted with scientists and benefited with advance technology developed by ICAR-CISH. The fair was over on 25.01.2019. Honorable Shri S.R.Viswanathan, Member Legislative ,Yelahnka Constituency was the Chief Guest of the closing ceremony.

ICAR-CISH displays diverse mango collections at 30th Delhi mango festival

दिनांक 6-9 जुलाई, 2018 को दिल्ली हाट, जनकपुरी, नई दिल्ली में आयोजित 30वें दिल्ली आम महोत्सव में संस्थान द्वारा विकसित किस्मों, स्वेदशी किस्मों सहित 200 आम संग्रहों को प्रदर्शित किया गया। आम महोत्सव का उद्घाटन उपमुख्यमंत्री, दिल्ली ने किया। श्री मनीष सिसौदिया अध्यक्ष, डीटीटीडीसी, श्री शूरवीर सिंह, एमडी एवं सीईओ दिल्ली पर्यटन, श्री अरविन्द चन्द्र, जीएम, डीटीटीडीसी और अन्य गणमान व्यक्तियों ने संस्थान की प्रदर्शनी स्टाल का दौरा किया और संस्थान द्वारा विकसित किस्म अंबिका और अरूणिका की सराहना की। विभिन्न संग्रहों के कारण संस्थान का प्रदर्शनी स्टाल जनसामान्य, किसानों, सरकारी अधिकारियों और मीडिया व्यक्तियों के बीच प्रमुख आकर्षण का केन्द्र रहा। संस्थान द्वारा विकसित संकर किस्में अपने रंग और आकार के लिए भीड़ का प्रमुख आकर्षण रहीं।

Institute participated and displayed around 200 mango collections including institute developed varieties, indigenous collections and exotic varieties at 30th Delhi mango festival held at Dilli Haat, Janakpuri, N. Delhi from 6-9th July, 2018. The festival was inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister Delhi and Chairmas, DTTDC, Shri. Manish Sissodia. Shir. Shurbir Singh, MD &CEO Delhi Tourism, Shir, Arvind Chandra, GM, DTTDC and other dignitaries visited our exhibition stall and appreciated institute released hybrids Ambika and Arunika. Our exhibition stall was the major attraction of common visitors, farmers, government officials and media persons for display of diverse collections. Our institute developed hybrids which are under pipe line for release were the major attraction of the crowd for their attractive color and size.

Uttar Pradesh Mango Festival 2018

यू.पी.आम महोत्सव 2018

दिनांक 23-24 जून, 2018 को इंदिरा गांधी प्रतिष्ठान, गोमती नगर, लखनऊ में आयोजित "यू.पी.आम महोत्सव 2018" में संस्थान ने भाग लिया जिसमें संस्थान द्वारा विकसित देशी और विदेशी किस्मों सहित 300 से अधिक आम की किस्मों को प्रदर्शित किया गया। आईसीएआर-सीआईएसएच लखनऊ द्वारा विकसित आम किस्मों अंबिका और अरुणिका ने आम महोत्सव में लोगों को सबसे ज्यादा आकर्षित किया। संस्थान ने आमों की विभिन्न प्रजातियों को प्रदर्शित किया और महोत्सव के दौरान किसानों के बीच ज्ञान प्रसार में भी योगदान दिया।

Institute participated in U.P. Mango Festival 2018 held at Indira Gandhi Prathisthan, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow from 23- 24 June, 2018 and displayed more than 300 mango varieties including institute developed varieties, indigenous collections and exotic varieties. Ambika and Arunika mango varieties developed by ICAR-CISH Lucknow attracted most in the mango show. ICAR-CISH displayed large number of varieties of mango and also contributed towards knowledge dissemination amongst mango farmers during the mango festival.

बंगाल आम महोत्सव-2018

भा.कृ.अनु.प.-केन्द्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान, क्षेत्रीय अनुसन्धान संस्थान, मालदा (प.बं.) ने दिनांक 08-10 जून, 2018 को कोलकाता के मेला ग्राउंड, न्यू टाउन में आयोजित बंगाल आम महोत्सव-2018 में आम की 130 महत्वपूर्ण पारंपरिक किस्मों का प्रदर्शन किया गया। केन्द्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान द्वारा संरक्षित, आम के समृद्ध संग्रह एवं विविधता ने आम प्रेमियों को अपनी ओर आकर्षित किया। गदाधर आम की किस्म (1.75 किलोग्राम) विशेष आकर्षण का केंद्र रही। संस्थान द्वारा विकसित आम की किस्म अरुणिका ने आम उत्पादकों को विशेष रूप से आकर्षित किया। विदेशी प्रतिनिधियों ने भी निर्यात के लिए आम की उपयुक्त किस्मों में रुचि ली। इस कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार के मंत्रियों और विदेशी प्रतिनिधियों की उपस्थिति में हुआ।

ICAR-Central Institute for Subtropical Horticulture-Regional Research Station, Malda, W.B. showcased ever best collection of 130 traditional varieties of mango in Bengal Mango Utsav -2018 held at Mela Ground, New Town, Kolkta during 08-10 June, 2018. The rich collection of CISH has attracted huge mango lovers to witness the rich diversity of mango, where mango lovers were surprised to see Gadadhar (a gigantic mango of 1.75 kg in weight) and attracts huge fellow visitors. Among the our hybrids, Arunika has received attention of mango growers. Foreign delegates also took interest in exploring suitable varieties of mango for export. The programme was inaugurated in presence of galaxy of Ministers of Govt. of West Bengal and foreign delegates.

Participation in Kisan Mela at NDUAT, Faizabad

एनडीयूएटी, फैजाबाद में किसान मेला में संस्थान की भागीदारी

नरेन्द्र देव कृषि एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय, फैजाबाद में 5-6 अप्रैल, 2018 को आयोजित राज्य स्तरीय किसान मेले में संस्थान ने शोध तकनीकों को प्रदर्शित किया। राज्य कृषि मंत्री श्री सूर्य प्रताप शाही उद्घाटन समारोह के मुख्य अतिथि थे। पूर्वी उत्तर प्रदेश के किसानों ने संस्थान के स्टाल का दौरा किया और रूट-स्टाक की उपलब्धता, आम में फलन न होना, आम और अमरूद में अति सघन बागवानी, आम की तुड़ाई तकनीक, मैंगो हारवेस्टर, एफिड, भुनगा, पाउडरी मिल्डयू, एन्थ्रेक्नोज, डायबैक नियंत्रण आदि के विषय में जानकारी प्राप्त की। कई उद्यमियों ने नर्सरी एवं फल आधारित प्रसंस्करण इकाईयों की स्थापना में रूचि दिखाई। प्रदर्शनी के लिए संस्थान को सांत्वना पुरस्कार प्राप्त हुआ।

Institute displayed its exhibits during state level Kisan Mela (Farmers Fair) organized at NDUAT, Faizabad from 5-6 April 2018. Honorable Minister for Agriculture Shri Surya Pratap Shahi was the Chief Guest of inaugural ceremony. Farmers from eastern UP visited the Institute stall and enquired about availability of root stocks scion, unfruitfulness in mango, HDP of mango and guava, mango harvesting techniques, mango harvester, control of aphid, bhunga, powdery mildew, anthracnose, dieback etc. Many new entrepreneurs showed their interest in establishing nursery and fruit based processing units. The Institute bagged consolation prize for the exhibits during mela.

Participation in Krishi Unnati Mela-2018

कृषि उन्नति मेला-2018 में संस्थान की प्रौद्योगिकियों का प्रदर्शन

भा.कृ.अनु.प.-केन्द्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान, लखनऊ ने आई.ए.आर.आई., नई दिल्ली में मार्च 16-18, 2018 को आयोजित कृषि उन्नति मेला-2018 में संस्थान की प्रौद्योगिकियों का प्रदर्शन किया। मेले का उद्घाटन माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने माननीय कृषि मंत्री श्री राधा मोहन सिंह के साथ दिनांक 17.03.2018 को किया। मेले में अत्याधुनिक प्रौद्योगिकियों एवं सरकारी गतिविधियों को दर्शाने वाले एवं उन तक सीधी पहुंच बनाने वाले लगभग 600 स्टॉल लगाये गये। भारत के विभिन्न राज्यों से आये लगभग 1000 किसानों ने संस्थान के स्टॉल का भ्रमण किया एवं उन्हें फलों की वैज्ञानिक खेती एवं अन्य तकनीकियों से भी अवगत कराया गया।

ICAR-CISH, Lucknow participated and displayed its exhibits in the Krishi Unnati Mela-2018 with a theme of “Doubling Farmers Income by 2022” organised by ICAR-IARI, New Delhi during March 16-18, 2018 at Mela Ground ICAR-IARI, New Delhi. Mela was inaugurated by Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi along with Honourable Minister for Agriculture Shri Radha Mohan Singh on March 17, 2018. More than 600 stalls to display and provide direct access to latest technologies and Government initiatives were there. About 1000 farmers from various states of India visited the Institute stall and were apprised about scientific cultivation of fruit crops.

किसान मेला में भागीदारी

संस्थान ने 31 जनवरी 2018 को सीएसआईआर-केन्द्रीय औषधीय एवम सगंध पौधा संस्थान, लखनऊ द्वारा आयोजित किसान मेला में प्रदर्शनी में भाग लिया। श्री गिरिराज सिंह, माननीय मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) माइक्रो, लघु और मध्यम उद्यमों, भारत सरकार, नई दिल्ली ने श्री सूर्य प्रताप शाही, माननीय कृषि मंत्री, उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के साथ इस कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन किया।

Institute participated and displayed its exhibits in Kisan Mela organised by CSIR- Central Institute for Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (CIMAP), Lucknow on January 31, 2018. The event was inaugurated by Hon’ble Minister Sate (Independent Charge) for Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Govt. of India, New Delhi Shri. Giriraj Singh alongwith Hon’ble Minister for Agriculture, Govt. of U.P. Shri Surya Pratap Shahi.

Agro-biodiversity Exhibition

कृषि जैवविविधता प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन

भाकृअनुप-केन्द्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान, लखनऊ द्वारा दिनांक 15 जनवरी , 2018 को अपने प्रक्षेत्र में संरक्षित आम, अमरूद, जामुन और ऑंवला की विविधता को आईसीएआर-आईआईएसआर, लखनऊ में आयोजित कृषि जैवविविधता प्रदर्शनी के दौरान प्रदर्शित किया गया। जैवविविधता प्रदर्शनी के दौरान संस्थान ने स्थानीय समुदायों की मदद से किसानों की किस्मों के संरक्षण के लिये किये गये कार्यों को प्रदर्शित किया गया। 400 से अधिक किसानों ने प्रदर्शनी का भ्रमण किया और जैव विविधता संरक्षण के महत्व को समझा। प्रदर्शनी में आँवला, अमरुद, बेल और सेम (डोलिकोस बीन) की विविध किस्में भी प्रदर्शित की गयीं। शीतोष्ण सब्जियों की किस्मों का भी प्रदर्शन किया गया जिसमें विभिन्न प्रकार के सलाद, स्विस चार्ड एवं केल शामिल थे।

The ICAR-CISH, Lucknow showcased the diversity of mango, guava, jamun and aonla maintained by the Institute at the ICAR-IISR, Lucknow premise on 15th January, 2018. Initiatives made by the Institute for the protection of farmers’ varieties with the help of communities were also displayed. More than 400 farmers visited the exhibition. Diversity in anola, guava, bael and sem (dolicos bean) were also displayed. A good number of temperate vegetable varieties were displayed which include different types of lettuce, Swiss chard and kale.

One day Kisan Mela and Technology Exhibition at ICAR-CISH Lucknow

एक दिवसीय किसान मेला एवं कृषि प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन

भाकृअनुप-केन्द्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान अपने रहमानखेड़ा परिसर में दिनांक 30.11.2017 को एक किसान मेले का आयोजन कर रहा है। इस कार्यक्रम में माननीय उप-मुख्यमंत्री, डॉ. दिनेश शर्मा एवं श्रीमती स्वाती सिंह, कृषि निर्यात-विपणन एवं विदेश व्यापार राज्यमंत्री, 500 से अधिक आमन्त्रित किसानों को संबोधित करेंगे। इस मेले का मुख्य उद्देष्य उत्पादन उपरांत विपणन, प्रसंस्करण, मूल्य संवर्धन एवं निर्यात क्षेत्र की समस्याओं पर मंथन एवं निराकरण हेतु मार्ग प्रशस्त करना है। किसान मेले के अवसर पर किसानों से संबंधित सूचना का ‘ई-प्लेटफार्म’ भी उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा जिससे उपभोक्ता आधुनिक तकनीकी के प्रयोग से सीधे कृषकों से संपर्क कर सकें और कृषक विपणन कर अधिक लाभ प्राप्त कर सकें। इस अवसर पर कृषि तकनीकी प्रदर्शनी के अतिरिक्त कृषकों को कृषि विविधीकरण अंगीकरण हेतु साहित्य वितरण भी किया जायेगा।

ICAR-Central Institute for Subtropical Horticulture, Lucknow is organizing one day Kisan Mela cum technology exhibition at Rehmankhera on 30th November, 2017. The Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Dr. Dinesh Sharma and Mrs. Swati Singh, Minister of State for Agriculture Import, Agriculture Marketing, and Agriculture Foreign will participate and address the gathering of about 500 farmers. The main objective of the programme is to provide solutions to major problems faced by horticulture farmers and create awareness about improved production technologies, crop protection and post harvest management practices. During the Kisan Mela E-platform Portal providing single window e-solutions to farmers’ problems will be launched and the exhibition of agro-horticultural technologies, distribution of information bulletins related to increasing horticultural productivity will also be held.

आम प्रदर्शनी-सह-महोत्सव

भा.कृ.अनु.प.-केंद्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान, रहमानखेड़ा, लखनऊ द्वारा 6 जुलाई, 2017 को नास परिसर, नयी दिल्ली में सचिव डेयर तथा महानिदेशक भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद की अध्यक्षता में आम प्रदर्शनी-सह-महोत्सव का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर एक आम खाओं प्रतियोगिता का भी आयोजन किया गया। आम महोत्सव में परिषद के अनेक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी तथा लोग सम्मिलित हुये।

Institute organized Mango exhibition-cum- festival at NASC Complex, New Delhi under the Chairmanship of Hon’ble Secretary, DARE and Director General, ICAR on July 6, 2017. A mango eating competition was also organized. The mango festival was visited by several senior officials of ICAR and public.

An initiative to conserve traditional mango diversity of Malda and Murshidabad

Scientists of ICAR-CISH Regional Research Station, Malda has been working on documentation, conservation and exploring the potential of traditional and rare varieties of mango from Malda and Murshidabad districts.

This programme has been implemented under leadership of Dr. Shailendra Rajan (a renowned mango researcher cum breeder & Director, ICAR-CISH, Lucknow) with active collaboration of District Horticulture Offices, Malda & Murshidabad (Dept. of FPI& Hort., Govt. of West Bengal). So far, more than 200 traditional mango varieties have been documented and characterized fruit quality at ICAR-CISH RRS, Malda and it has been observed that many varieties having very good pulp quality. ICAR-CISH RRS, Malda with support of, Mr. Rahul Chakraborty, District Horticulture Officer of Malda have been trying to do market promotion of traditional mango varieties through providing a stall with rare collection mangoes at Bandh Road, Malda (Rani Pasand, Kancha Mitha, Misrikand, Madhu Chsuki, Safder Pasand, Sahi Pasand, Naku Bhog, Sarada Bhog, Mithua, Madhu Rashmi, Choto Brindabani, Kishan Bhog etc.) from experimental farm of ICAR-CISH, Malda and receiving very good response from local dwellers (Informed by Dr. Dipak Nayak, Scientist & In-charge, ICAR-CISH RRS, Malda).

It has been observed that many traditional varieties have very good market potential if we promote the variety with highlighting its special characters. Mango growers of Malda & Murshidabad districts usually not getting good market rate of traditional varieties as non-descriptive variety & non-commercial varieties (guthi/ aathi varieties). As a result, mango growers are losing interest for cultivation of traditional varieties, not doing any take care of traditional varieties and sometimes cutting down the tree for meeting their urgent expenses. In this way, we have been losing the very rich traditional mango diversity of Malda and Murshidabad districts. This initiative will be strengthen and intensified in coming years with group of traditional mango growers for commercial production of traditional mangoes.

Dr. Dipak Nayak informed that Hon’ble Minister In-charge & Director of Horticulture, Dept. of FPI & Horticulture, Govt. of West Bengal have also encouraged ICAR-CISH RRS, Malda to intensify the work on documentation, conservation and exploring the potential of traditional and rare varieties of mango from Malda and Murshidabad districts.

‘Horti India 2017’ at Horticulture Technology Park, Greater Noida (NCR)

A Workshop cum Exhibition event ‘Horti India 2017’ was organized on 9th and 10th February, 2017 by Institute of Horticulture Technology (IHT) and co-organized by Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India. at Horticulture Technology Park, Greater Noida. The event was focused on “Conventional and Alternative Horticultural Production Systems”. ICAR-CISH, Lucknow participated in the same on behalf of National Committee on Plasticulture Applications in Horticulture (NCPAH), Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare and put up a stall for showcasing the modern horticulture technologies.
